I have Leo mars in my 10th house Leo as well as mars conj mc. What Im confused about is that does that make my mars/drive similar to a Capricorn as 10th house is the house of cap, or is it the opposite, will I view my career as an Aries does/or have Aries like interests when it comes to career? (tbh I'm not into the whole combative, sporty competitive typical Aries view on careers) IP: Logged |

Your drive will be expressed in matters related to the house of career (capricorn) with Leo flavorYour 10th is in Leo I assume so that'd be your public persona as well IP: Logged |

That must be why I'm very hard on myself and don't have the typical self righteous "me me me" attitude when it comes to my drive, instead I don't believe in myself enough when it comes to doing things/actions quote: Originally posted by theunknown: Your drive will be expressed in matters related to the house of career (capricorn) with Leo flavorYour 10th is in Leo I assume so that'd be your public persona as well

10th house is a good placement for mars, because it puts emphasis on the career in general. since mars is about drive and ambition it is well-suited to the 10th house. you'll really be driven (but as a leo would). career and social standing will be important, and likely selecting some type of career where you are recognized, or at least where you can move up and become something. if the mars was conjunct to sun or pluto you'd have more Aries-like traits, the mars in the 10th with a conjunction to sun/pluto makes for a highly driven person (career-wise) IP: Logged |

Everyone's on point. It just means your desire and drive is toward 10th house matters as a Leo.Whether or not you've got the stones to go after your desire can be dependent on other aspect to Mars and probably your Sun and it's house placement along with aspects IP: Logged |

Damn it I like my Mars/mc aspects but I have sun sq Neptune and sun in 12th house so def watered down with Pisces/nep energy. Makes me not know where I wanna go in life or purpose. But ig like any young adult, I'll find myself at one point or another.

I have neptune in my 12th - I get like that, too. I also have uranus and jupiter in my 10th as well as mars/pluto. I tend to change careers a lot. I get bored and move on to the next thing picking up skills along the way. Not sure how old you are but don't let the indecisiveness hold you back. Follow your heart and gut. As long as it feels right keep at it, when it feels wrong move on. Other than that, possibly work to set yourself up to be your own boss. If anything for the security it offers. Hope this helps a little.
