Is it just me or do you guys find that your critical thinking skills have been a bit blurry lately? I used to be able to read between the lines so perfectly and analyze abstract things and signs such as poetry very accurately. But lately, that hasn't been the case. Also, I find that when I study for a quiz or test in school by reading books or articles, I can't absorb the information as quickly as I used to. I would have to read things over and over again to understand what I'm reading. The sad part is, Mercury is my chart ruler in the 3rd house, but Neptune seems to be ruthlessly beating it up. I have also found it a less easy to communicate my thoughts and ideas properly. Am I the only one or does this happen to other mercurial Virgos? IP: Logged |

My mercury is late Virgo, 12th house. I never have problems absorbing information. The opposite really. I absorb everything. Most days I can concentrate but once in a while I feel overloaded. I feel like I consistently have troubles expressing my thoughts. That's an everyday problem. Though we had a meeting yesterday, I spoke up and the first thing I hear when we leave is how well spoken I was. LOL But we were talking about business and strategy, not my feelings. IP: Logged |

@DeepFreezeI don't have difficulty in absorbing information either, but lately my brain's been jammed. What degree is your Mercury in? IP: Logged |

Oh then be prepared for Neptune's sh*t storm. I really feel it affecting me because it's on exact opposition to my Mercury now. Next stop would be my Venus :/ IP: Logged |

Hm. This just brought to mind the fact that my husband has Virgo Mercury at 7 Virgo, and Saturn at 4 Gemini. I've been so preoccupied with my Pisces/Virgo Sun and Moon getting hit by Neptune and Saturn that I forgot about his placements. I would say that's probably true for him...no wonder I've been having to fill out all of the real estate paperwork lately. Although my Sun and Moon are getting hit, my Mercury is only being affected by Mercury and Jupiter, and minimally. IP: Logged |

My Venus is at 9 degrees. The opposition is already there, but I don't feel it yet. IP: Logged |
