Okay so a New Moon is a poignant event which symbolises a new beginning of something which is coloured by whatever sign its in (this is to my understanding, I'm sure someone else can explain MUCH better :P ).
So in Pisces I think its going to bring new creative projects/outlets/emotional understandings and stuff like that. Its a time to commit to spiritual rituals and endeavours too. It'll just be cool anyways :P

Oh sorry, and to your other question, the internet is good for basic cookbook interpretations. Youtube has a couple of good astrologers on there- Nadiya Shah is my all time favourite. She does FAQ videos where she explains stuff as well as providing horoscopes and various other bits and bobs But also have a look in big book shops where theyll have a religion/spiritual section.

This new moon was actually in the final minute of Aquarius, which affected this reading:
