Hello ladies. This dreadful thing called premenstrual stress.. Could that also occur when certain transits hit your planets? Have anyone else wondered if there was some astrology to it? I get really moody and it feels like chaos trying to deal with massive depression and suddenly get into an angsty fit. Plus the days before it actually happens I wonder why i suddenly have a massive breakdown but only then realize it's just my period. Now I'm really curious if the transits are involved in this. I haven't really checked my chart yet to test this theory. Not sure which planets and aspects makes one feel that way.

Not very good at understanding transits but whenever it's particularly emotional it always seems to be a full moon. But is a full moon the same time frame. As don't think I'm always having the same intensity. So maybe it's some planet opposing that. I think early spring and autumn are worse for me. As I say, dont understand so dont laugh at my lack of knowledge on planet times

I'm right in sync with the full moon.
I pity my family members...

If it's worth anything, I was born very close to the full moon (I have Sun opposite Moon in natal).
