Could a outer planet's transit let's say, Pluto, alter your ascendant? how you look? if pluto transit conjunct your ascendant for a long time.. could it give you a plutonian look? i'm talking about transit so not conjunction in natal chart.

Natal yes, it would greatly affect how you look. In a transit, I am not sure. I never thought about that lol

I experienced the Pluto transit over my AC when I was 14 to 15 years old (as it lasted a while). It definitely changed my appearance a lot. Now in my case, because Pluto is the AC ruler, the effect was perhaps stronger and not as disruptive as some people experience it. Before the transit, I felt like I wanted to hide from view; always wore "camouflage clothes", baggy things of indeterminate color, and my mom was heartbroken that I wanted to hide myself like that. The reason was I felt isolated and had difficulty with the idea of exposing myself in any way during the two years before. Didn't get along with the girls in my class at the time - I was never really bullied, but kinda isolated, and I didn't want to connect with them either. Then, when that transit came, several things forced a change; older kids suddenly approached me as friends, so I was no longer isolated and could get out of the suffocating environment of my classmates; the teacher who led the theater group decided to give me the lead role (without asking me) and so I was "forced" to become visible; and, I started to dress differently (still not to my mom's taste but better than before). Felt strong and independent and I think it showed. Life picked up speed and I mixed a lot with older kids so saw a lot of things ahead of time…however, I recall that during that particular time frame there were a lot of deaths in my vicinity. Apart from losing my grandma, one classmate was hit by a train, another died of a mysterious virus, one girl (who was a teacher's daughter) died of cancer, and then two teachers died, one from illness, the other, from suicide - it was a time when one funeral followed the other at our small village school. Very Pluto-like, and I think that's why I picked up a dark clothing style back then, almost all my things are black to this day.

No transit can 'alter' the Asc of your birth chart.

You may go through progressions or transits or series of them that lasts long enough and colors certain life experiences that can show in your demeanor and pictures, particularly if you compare such pictures from different times in your life.

The changes you notice in your demeanor will reflect the nature of the planetary energies generally, culminating into certain attitudes that show on your face.

But by far, the natal influences always remain the strongest.
