This is what I have in my solar return for this year. Can I just forget about getting anywhere?
The planets in 12th are Sun in Aquarius, Venus and Neptune in Pisces.

Mars on the ascendant in Pisces just to make things especially interesting.

If anyone here has a stellium in Pisces/12th or survived anything like this, please do you have any advice on how to get through this, esp relating to career. Thanks!

Natally I have mercury, Venus, mars in 12 with Venus square Neptune.

I'm not sure what to tell you as the 12th is different.
Listen to your gut more and don't expect things to be as they seem. Watch out for secret enemies and also friends!

Basically, look beyond and don't shy away from things or ways of doing things that don't make sense. Follow your gut instincts.

If you feel more withdrawn, don't fear it. Give yourself the alone time that you need and feel confident that your good friends will still be there when you come out of hiding. LOL

Start preparing yourself that IF you feel like an alien sometimes, it's ok. Nothing is wrong with you. You may feel as if you don't belong. But happiness and joy come from within.

I have Moon, Mars, and SN in the 12th. Agree with everything DeepFreeze said. Definitely try to embrace any loneliness or feelings of isolation if they happen to occur. It has taken me quite some time and hardships to realize that it's better to try and learn to embrace the solitude and alone time rather than be afraid of it and fight it.

MC got dragged on top of my natal Neptune to make matters worse.
And Pluto transiting first.

Exactly.
You will be your own worst enemy. The perception of yourself will be different and feel alone even if you are not alone truthfully. You'll feel it.
It's a great opportunity to discover subconscious parts of yourself, but important not to fear them because they are not what you are used to.
Just come here if they start to get to you and people can help.
People see the 12th as a bad place because it's not so black and white, contains self-undoing which I think relates to not seeing yourself and others clearly. But it also contains gifts. Follow your intuition more than usual. It will really help you, but don't throw reason out the window.

I have Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter in the 12th.

Agree very much with DeepFreeze and yellowelevator. Couldn't have said it better myself.

The 12th is a very personal house. It's not an easy one but is one that can become easier once you've learned how to control it.

Career wise this is how I've handled it, I waited and gave myself time to really think about what is I really want to devote the rest of my life doing. Don't Rush yourself or allow others to rush you, those are the worst things you can do.

I didn't want to go to school and have to pay for something that I wasn't one hundred percent sure of so I didn't, even after being accepted to a University and picking a major. It's been almost 4 years since I've graduated high school and I've finally made a decision, one that I made in the past and sometimes wish I would've stuck with. I've always been a person that second guesses themselves and as I've gotten older I don't too much anymore. I would strongly recommend doing so if it's college related. Regardless if you graduate or not the money will have to be paid back.

Thanks guys I'm legit scared right now. I realized there's a conjunction mars chiron on the ascendant of the solar return. It's opposed by natal mars.

I just want to run and hide... Will I survive this year? Looks like if yes, I will come out horribly wounded.

If you fear aspects you may get so consumed that you forget to just live.

So, just live and don't worry about it so much.
Many of us have been through a lot in one way or another (I know I have) and we come out smarter and stronger.
