I'd say he looks like a Taurus rising, but maybe I'm just picking up his other placements. I thought he was an Aries-Taurus mix before I even read your description. He looks pretty earthy but he also looks fiery at the same time.

Yes indeed... With sag rising only his DSC is in gemini, no 3rd house placements..

I'm positive it's Pisces AC!
Unless he has Pisces elsewhere...

But if he has no Pisces in his chart.. then it has to be the AC.

He looked too much like my first love. Much too much.
He had Pisces Sun/Pisces Moon - Aries Merc&Venus and Taurus mars.

So the Aries/Taurus placements are similar.. but that's not enough for them to look exactly the same.

He must have something watery happening. If it's not Pisces, then it's one of the other water Ascendants.
I really can't imagine that it could be anything other than water - because they look *too* similar O_O
