But my situation is actually quite the opposite: I attract a ton of PISCES friends. I love my Pisces friends too, because they really bring perspective and peace to my OCD perfectionist tendencies. So maybe I am more evolved towards my north node?

I have a few Virgo friends, but mostly Virgo Sun and Moon. I would agree with your assessment of Virgos only being friends, and I also have Cap placements which probably influences that.

My brother is a triple Leo (Sun, Asc, Mercury, all within 2 deg of each other)

I have two aunts who are Leo's (one is Sun/Asc in Leo)

My boss for the last 5.5 years is a Leo.
(I couldn't stop laughing when I read about the Leo Boss in Linda Goodman's Sun signs. Boy did she hit the nail on the head with that one! Ahaha)

My ex whom was also my best friend/companion for 5.5 years is a triple Leo, (Sun, with Moon and Venus in exact conjunction).

Have other Leo coworkers, the current and last Manager are Leo's.

I rarely get "hit on" but the last major person to hit on me and call me beautiful etc (when I was in my relationship) is a Leo.

My brothers ex-girlfriend whom I became friends with for a while is a Leo.

I think my Grandma is a Leo as well but my family is broken so I might be wrong.

So yeah lots of Leo's, not a ton of them have I actually been friends with but they seem to be in my life in abundance.

I have a special affection for Pisces Suns. Pisces Sun/Moon/ASC is the number one sign I can intuit. I had to learn to ID most sign placements but Pisces energy just stands out to me. You just reminded me that they are on my NN and that's probably why.

Virgos dominate my social circles but Pisces people are so endearing to me. I get on very well with them but I don't have any close friends that are Pisces. Often they're too reclusive, especially the ones I like, and I never have the heart to try and pull them out of their aloofness.

One Pisces guy I used to work with was great. He was told once he had his Sun on Aries cusp and he kinda wanted to be an Aries but he knew well enough that there was nothing Aries about him. There were three of us who understood astrology very well at work and he constantly kept trying to convince us he was an Aries.

Have you ever seen a Pisces man try and convince you he's an Aries? The guy had like 3 or so Pisces placements.. It was the most unconvincing performance I've ever seen. Even people who only knew limited sun sign astrology wouldn't buy what he was selling.

Aww, that is a shame- get yourself some Pisces friends! lol. I have a Pisces Moon so I tend to attract them whether I really want to be friends or not. I would imagine that any Pisces you know that hit your NN have had some sort of considerable impact on you? At least in my case they have.

I know he wasn't really trying to convince anyone. He knew it was impossible. The guy had too much of a Pisces vibe going on. Overly kind, spacey, artistic, and reclusive.
