I just looked up my own history with solar eclipses and am completely mind-blown with the discovery. I had a solar eclipse conjunct my SN 9 years ago, when I met my first boyfriend. I was happy then because things happened very fairy-tale like, he wrote poems and songs about me (I was 18 and idealistic, he was a writer and a poet). The relationship took a bad turn very quickly though. He was a drug and alcohol addict, and I spent 2.5 years with him believing that I need to save him and feeling an enormous sense of duty. He drained all energy and sense of self-worth from me and was mentally and emotionally abusive, I eventually broke it off in 2009 and took a drastic turn towards building my career and education. It was very karmic, but it doesn't necessarily mean that your conjunction will have a bad effect. In my case, I just needed to learn a lesson.
My SN is in 7H Virgo. I only discovered the meaning of the nodal axis last December, and all the reading I did says that a 7H SN means I've been identifying myself with (dysfunctional) relationships in past lifetimes, always taking a 'background' role. SN in Virgo can attract relationships with drug addicts. You can imagine the feeling reading all of this 6 years after I ended that deeply traumatising relationship (which I STILL have nightmares about). I can see its purpose though, because I was one to idealise crushes and project a lot onto romantic relationships. I obviously needed a 'reminder' from past life mistakes, that would set me on the path of self-love and self-fulfilment.
Truly hope this isn't scaring you, obviously the energy of these aspects is unique to each individual.
Since it happens in your 5 and 6H, it's already completely different from my own experience. And also, there were other aspects at play during this eclipse (trChiron conjunct natal Venus, trNN conjunct natal NN and square natal Chiron, the Solar Eclipse itself and trVenus also square natal Chiron). So there was a lot going on apart from just the Eclipse/ NN conjunction.

I will be meeting up with someone on this date who's sun and I think merc and venus also conjuncts my SN. He was responsible for a huge shift in my psyche a few months ago when I first met him. We have a lot of nodal contacts. It feels very karmic so not sure what to expect when I see him.

Funnily enough, the March 20 eclipse will conjunct my NN this time. No idea what to expect.

wow SaturnFan that sounds intense!!! Thank you for sharing It's amazing that you came out of it though and focused on rebuilding yourself. What a huge life lesson for you. The idealisation tendancy resonates with me because I tend to do that too. (Neptune opposite sun perhaps). It's definitely something I need to learn to do less of! I hope you've been able to find someone who is your equal

I'm really not sure what to expect so I'll have to learn to take it as it comes. He and I have been coming and going since we met, round and round in circles. I'll be trying to focus on doing his photoshoot so being in professional mode might help gloss over the desire of wanting to jump in his pants! LOL

Of course the relationship gives you that feeling of 'knowing each other from before'. But it will soon turn to be old sock and you would want to move on to something new and exiciting...not going backwards.
