Hello
I wanted to know if anyone experienced a pluto opposite venus transit a second time around with the same guy. Im a libra rising and I stay tuned to my horosocopes and in the Summer I met this guy when I had my natal venus across pluto. We had a lot of powers truggles and games and it ended quickly .Now hes a capricorn rising and his natal venus is across pluto and he now reaching out to me after 6 months.Does this mean were soulmates?

Take a look at the whole synastry aspects you have between you + him . Plus check out the soulmate pairs you have too !
Pluto opp. Venus often signifies important relationships , but they are not easy to handle or understand . He will teach you new ways of loving sometimes enriching & painful ! But so worth it

Thanks for replying. His birth-chart shows he has mars in scorpio in retrograde and he is a capricorn rising with saturn in scorpio retrograde does that mean he is the pluto person?

Not really Saturn Scorpio has different meanings , just as different as Any other placement , his fear /obsession would be around children/ relating/friendships/finances !
Mars Scorpio is what he finds attrative or how he uses his energy ! Example- When he likes someone he might confuse the person cause he wouldn't be direct , then one day he is all on - and nobody can stop him .
Look at the synastry !
