How often do karmic relationships at a distance come to the fore front? Coming up is this good or bad? What node is this, is the north node, or south node?IP: Logged |

So if you have a karmic relationships that was in the distance, and that is coming to the fore-front, would this be the NorthNode showing here.I am trying to understand this karmic relationship because my natal charts and transits are as following now. I've got transit of URA on my natal VENUS/MARS with current transit VENUS and transit MARS conjunct it, and transit SNODE quickly gaining on them (4º orb). I have a karmic relationship that has been in the distance for the past 6 months, and is suddenly starting to take a more front-and-centre position. IP: Logged |

So, to answer this question and your first one in response to Auby's reply on the other thread, the fact that the karmic relationship is becoming more present is not a node thing, per se. Rather, it's the Uranus transit -- changes, shaking up things -- conjunct your natal Venus and Mars -- what probably indicated the 'relationship' part -- and conjunct the South Node -- showing the 'karma' part. In short, transit Uranus is the biggest trigger to all this. Also, you can't really know what's the sign of the other person. And even if we could, it doesn't all revolve around the Sun sign. I was thinking about the ascendant of the person. I know the sun sign and moon sign of the person. My Venus and Mars are in the decan of Leo. I think that could be this person's ascendant. An early degree. He is built like a leo almost, maybe late degree of Cancer. Very stocky, lion like. Very watchful almost, but shy.IP: Logged |

Looking at both of our charts, we are both mutable and have alot of mutable planets. I also have another friend who is born 4 months before me, that has alot of mutable signs of Sagittarius in his chart, but he is born in November.The new guy I am talking of Has 7 planets in mutable signs, True Node, Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Mecury, Uranus. I don't know if the true node is a planet are not. My past friend who is a Scorpio, November, his sign is in my south node. IP: Logged |

It is standard that a person's entire family setup involves what are termed karmic relationships, meaning unfinished business of soul growth lessons to learn together. That is relative, relational, not a blanket rule.So they are almost always in the forefront of your life. This relates to both Nodes as they are not opposed in meaning. They are as the two ends of the same stick. It is important to break down the idea of 'karmic relationships' a bit more to be sure we know what we're talking about. Some relationships may be present in your life purely because of the need to resolve past life issues and lesson with that particular person. When that is truly done you can move on. Often this is in relation to one's family. Sometimes with romantic interests. There can be relationships in which there karma is present but just as much or more love and trust. Just because you know someone from a past life does not necessarily mean the relationship is 'karmic.' There may have been little interaction, but was trust-building in nature, allowing for the possibility of some type of shared ideals and overlapping paths of soul growth in this lifetime, but with no unresolved business between you. In other words, there is lots of shading here that seems to get left out or not understood in this type of discussion.
