If I use the true node on astro.com, my south node is in 10th house Cancer conjunct Cancerian Saturn which puts my Capricorn north node in the 4th. If I use the mean node system, the house change to the 5/11 house axis.

I have this too(True and Mean Node NN in Aquarius in 5th, SN in Leo in 11th)

I don't think they cancel each other out, but maybe it means that while most people are supposed to leave the lessons of the south node behind, or rather not rely on the gifts, talents and/or inclinations of the SN AS MUCH,people with these nodes are maybe on a "repeat mission", and get to actively utilize the skills of the SN.
