Hello fellow Neptunians,

Do you ever find that, besides having a tendency to be a mirror/reflect back with others, that people do the same to you? As in people mirror your actions/words?

For example, sometimes when I am going through a till or saying hello to co-workers or something, if I get asked how I am, and I say something like sort of blah like "ok," and shrug, when I ask them in return, they will answer the same thing back in the same tone! Or if I'm excitable then they will be too, etc etc, and then when I see them interact with other people they will be more "themself" and not reflecting my mood/tone etc. If that makes sense.

I personally do not see this....however, I do agree with the first part about being reflective of others.

It has happened to me but the thing is that I tend to not like it very much when it does. For some reason, I'm weirded out if someone mirrors or imitates me. It's almost like someone trying to take my spirit from my body, which sounds weird. I know. But, it's that reason that's allowed me to stop imitating other people and absorbing others' traits into my own. It's just treating people how I want to be treated. I've become good at boundaries in many ways now. So, I'm a lot better at just sticking to my own multiple personalities nowadays, , and not trying to be someone else.

I'm sure the reason I experienced this was because of like attracting like. The people mirroring me were also Neptunian.

Great response, thank the89freespirit. Neptunians attracting and reflecting Neptunians, I love it, it makes me giggle to think about. Like that thing with the mirrors where the mirror image reflects backs endlessly and you can see the repeated reflection for an infinity amount of times in the other mirror.

And like I said in another thread just a second ago, I believe that like attracts like but that opposites also attract, depending on the levels. Like attracts on soul level, opposites on personality level.

Do you really have no......boundaries?

Are you like the song Latch with Sam Smith? Do you say to your partners, "if there are boundaries, i will try to knock them down?"
