Well...I wouldn't say these are party animals. These guys are more interested in talking versus drinking and dancing.

That said, I am a Gemini Moon and I enjoy going out and having a good time. My friend is Sagittarius Moon and he enjoys the same. In fact. We will go to parties together and not cross paths once.

Then we come back together at the end of the party and compare notes on the people we saw and all the things that we learned and all the opinions we had.

Everytime we go out with the intention of getting tipsy, we do this and it's honestly such a release! This guy has overcome all my friends over the course of a year and a half to become my best friend.

Gemini. Geminis are more likely to want to attend a party for its own sake and mingle whereas Sag is more likely to see it as a means to an end (otherwise only if there's nothing better to do or gets dragged there by someone else) and thus less inclined than Gemini to go since Sag either needs a reason or to be very bored (and even in the case of boredom a Sadge might find something else more fun or worth doing, from reading to camping).

Unless it's a beach party with plenty of volleyball, surfing, or other such activities that might annoy a Gemini who'd rather mingle rather than compete in such things or get "sand everywhere." Or a road trip to somewhere far away including such party places as Vegas, Mardi Gras, or Spring Break in the Caribbean.

My mother is a Sag Sun Pisces Moon, and she loves to party, though she is more into "having a good time", if that makes sense. She will go to a party and be the one dancing most of the night. Laughing. She can be alone most of the night, and still say she had a good time.

I am a Gemini Sun Leo moon(cusp), and I party specifically to socialize and release all the energy I have. I am the girl with the mic getting people to chant chug while someone funnels Jägermeister. I have to keep moving at parties; talking to everybody,dancing with strangers,getting other people to have a good time.

me the sag: i can barely stand being in a party setting for more than a couple hours. hanging out with a few close friends and doing crazy stuff with them is much more fun for me. (sort of like exploring.. a 'sag trait') and i'm always down for that

gemini friend: always has people at her house, mixes random people with close friends, doesn't mind people staying over for days at a time, etc. (likes variety and is more curious about other people than exploring)
