Who has been through this transit, and who's going through it now.

Sounds liberating, I could sure use some of that!

Also Uranus is in my 11th house. So this should make it that much more of a typical Uranus conjunct sun.

Also this transit will sextile my Mars in Aquarius. (23 degrees)

I seriously feel like every time I take baby steps forward, I fall in a ditch with mud on my face.

I will be counting down the days of this planet moving forward. Think I'll do that now!....This depressing transit will be done by April 9th a few days before my birthday. That's not too far away and everyday its getting more away from my Neptune planet. So that should make the transit more bearable.

Your Sun conjuncts my Asc and so I think we will both be affected by the Uranus transit.

But i think for you, it could be a much more profound "shift" or experience than it will be for me.

Well,that's if I discount my natal T-square(including the Moon) which is already starting to react with it.

When I had trans Uranus conjunct Sun, I started varsity.Moved out of my old neighbourhood and experienced a world that I was never exposed to before.

I always seem to think that Uranus suggests an actual "move".More especially when conjunct/in aspect to Sun/Moon.

If not a move,then perhaps a change in one's immediate environment(Moon) or personal direction(Sun)?

It could also suggest a sudden event(falling inlove,accident,meeting a new friend), that "invigorates" one's point of reference to say "Oh my, there is a whole new world out there" etc.

My friend also has Aries Asc close to the degrees of mine. We are going through similar crap. We were both dumped and our ex boyfriends had similar personalities and issues.

Move you say!? That brings me hope! I live with my parents but I'm working on it. Finishing up school before I look for better jobs. But like I said, the Uranus square Neptune is making progress in school insanely difficult. I feel so stuck, I moved back with my parents when I was 20. I'll be 25 soon. Also Uranus squared my Jupiter on and off in my early 20's so that made my motivation ridiculous in a bad way. Cared more about having fun than achieving adult goals. Realized how good I had it at my parents after 6 months of hell living with a mentally unstable ex.

In May for sure. Then Uranus will be moving out of square to your Neptune and allow more gathering of clear focus and self-directed intention.

The transit of Uranus square natal Neptune is indeed tough for many people. I found it difficult when I went through it over 10 years ago (2003-4).

Not a beneficial time for concentrated study or frequent contemplation of very abstract/metaphysical subjects. It is truly a test of the soundness of your mind, as Robert Hand says in his book Planets in Transit.

You have to work at getting grounded. I would have done much better if I had known this.

Be careful not to overload your mind/nervous system. Focus daily on what is concrete, what must be done and allow the transcendent/spiritual to work in the background, even though that may seem impossible. Be careful of falling into a belief in fictional things as if they were real or suddenly and hugely investing in new/dramatic ideas (or relationships) that pull the rug out from under your life structures. Far better to use it creatively rather than waste it on beliefs or hopes that will probably not still be functional for you once it is over.

Having said that, it can be a time of transcendence or creativity, but you may not know what to think of it all until it is done next year.
