My mom keeps saying that my birth certificate is wrong cus we had to send for a new one and I am scorpio rising. But my birth time on my birth certificate is leo rising. So which one do I look like?

It would be better if you put up another more natural picture that aren`t edited, on the side, laying or black and white its easier to "see" then. Here you actually look like a cancer to me, something about the shape of your eyes reminded me of a cancer.

how are you when you first meet new people? Are you shy/reserved or are you a bit "out there" seem more "open" when people first meet you? Do you go a bit overboard with make-up, clothes jewlery etc? If so, that is very typical leo influenced women to do. I have a scorpio asc friend and she tends to be reserved when she meets new people and can be suspicious of new people to. She has a strict face and it always looks like she is in a bad mood, haha.

It depends on what else is going on in your chart. This question is best answered against that backdrop -- birth data/chart.

The Sun and Moon also contribute to your appearance as you have stated here. So without that full context we are playing a probably useless guessing game, particularly considering the fuzzy nature of the photo.
