Can you check where have Pluto and Uranus been in your chart since you started feeling this way, and what aspects did they make?

The Arab Spring started in December, 2010 and led to the ouster of President Ben Ali in January, 2011 followed rapidly by the revolution in Egypt beginning January 25. So, the Uranus-Pluto transit was in full swing in 2010.

Rick Tarnas, who is a historian as well as an astrologer, has done 30 years of research on world transits and has meticulously documented correlations between world transits and historical events. According to Tarnas, the Uranus-Pluto transits are operative over about a ten year period.

Plutonian-Gal, it would help the research if you would include the orbs for any relevant transit or progression. Also, I'd be interested to know how you're doing after the end of this month.

Yes, Outer planet transits to natal Moon. Uranus, Neptune, especially Pluto opp/square natal Moon.

You might try some very slow, but very deep breathing down into your belly for a minute or two when these things come up. Release them with the breath ... They are not you, so do not cling to them.

Moon 'rules' the diaphragm which essentially is the physical mechanism functioning as a filter between the conscious and sub-conscious. When strong feelings of fear, insecurity, etc, come rising up from their old storage places where they set into our physiology, it can affect the function of our diaphragm. It is like we start using the diaphragm not to regulate breathing, but to actively suppress those uncomfortable (past) feelings. So we breath shallower, tenser and short ourselves on energy in the process, essentially inhibiting the flow of life energy rather than facilitating it.

However -- you are not your past. No one is.

We let those things go when they arise primarily by breathing into and through them, allowing their release in a state of mind that acknowledges they are emotions that induce feelings that can change.

For me, it's been tSATURN.

On my nMERC, nMOON, and nMARS. Now squaring my nVENUS and nASC.

Kannon you have specifically directed these said transits to my attention before, I just couldn't properly tie that energy into this powerful setback. I've never been this fearful in my life. It is indeed consuming and that doesn't sit well with me. I think, your suggestion of breathing and centering myself sounds like my cup of tea; pushed the crap aside.
