This morning, I was shopping and found $10 bill, felt lucky so I went to buy lottery tickets and handed the $10. The shop assistant tells me, 'oh you gave me $20'. Little did I know, there were two $10 bills!

needless to say I was impressed (not just by him), the whole musical was intense and entertaining at the same time.

Well and as for the one who played Death, it is almost ironical, but it has been almost a year ago that i coincidentally had seen him in a different musical (where he played Lancelot, and even then I was thinking no man should be allowed to look that handsome ).

Nevertheless, I disgress.

My thirteen year old stepdaughter entered menarche, and came to me to help her deal with the particulars. We stayed up later than we should have, laughing and chatting about various things as I eased her fears or embarrassment about this milestone of a time.

My husband's screenplay (feature) seems done in his eyes (after about 1.5 years of development), and I'm ready to start shopping it. He made another connexion to Bad Robot, (the first is a guy who worked for us, who'd previously written for the series Lost; he's since gone on to a new limited series, assisting the showrunner, but we became friends while he was here, and he continues to help me develop my series). So a lot seems to be pointing me towards JJ Abrams, for some reason.

My boyfriend's nonfiction book is wrapping up; we talked about promotional direction and development stuff regarding the series (he's the lead). He confessed that he wants to keep a low profile, maintaining his privacy, rather than being a true 'public figure'. Fair enough. At least he knows what he wants -- and what he doesn't. My stepdaughter also commented on our natural chemistry, which we both think is going to be great on screen (has been so far in smaller projects).

Posted another video to my Facebook of my singing 'Overkill' by Colin Hay a capella. It's what I do to stall an oncoming anxiety attack. Seems to be working. It's also helping me figure out certain camera angles I like, and better ways to frame shots. Never hurts.

My Twin / ex-producing partner called today out of the blue. He thinks I intentionally missed his call; I didn't. It's useless to convince him otherwise. He's a very negative person. (Much longer story.)

Am having some great conversations and building a deeper connexion with some of my favourite LL'ers. Had an especially enlightening chat earlier. We're also in the same timezone, so it's fun to wish each other 'Happy 11:11'.

And ... writing.

So, at the end of today, I'll have written a new teaser, have a new logline, a new logo, and be moving a bit more quickly on my series development than I have for the last 6 months.

Been blowing my nose all day, getting over not feeling well.

Got my hair trimmed today. This is the longest my hair has ever been, the lady cutting my hair told me I had to stand up.

I plan on spending the rest of my day taking it easy and getting my school stuff organized.

And my legs are very sore from getting back into running.
