Do you ever stop talking? This is what I get from having my Mercury in 9th.

Its either one can't stop talking, can't stop thinking, reading, moving around or writing.

3rd,12,6th and 9th are "flux" houses IMO. Where things seem to be happening without a set pattern or just plain "busy".

Whilst when arcing to the angles (1st,4th,7th.10th), the pattern starts to emerge and we say "oh,so that was it!"

With Mercury in 9th,there is just so much to cover about a variety of things and thus an emphasis on movement.

Words can be so limiting and freeing(all at once).Used as tools sometimes but even they are not enough to express or savor an experience of life.

One may be drawn to academic study.Often having multiple qualifications.

Or one can be so restless that the classroom will not suffice.

They would rather be "out there" savoring the whole experience of being alive with travel and extensive moving around.

The chart ruler focused on this house I would think, would make this apply to you?

"Life for rent" by Dido describes this placement very well: As the native feels attached to nothing but EVERYTHING. And thus cannot settle at one place.

Lol. I do think a lot. I don't talk a lot though unless someone engages me. I guess I'm more reserved. But I only talk about the things I'm passionate about which are higher truths which most humans don't seem to have heard before so I'm a teacher of sorts. I don't like small talk unless were talking about how beautiful the sunset or sunrise is.

Leo rising, sun ruler Gemini in 11th house opposite saturn and uranus in Sagittarius in 5th house, sextile jupiter in Aries in 9th house.

Recently he has lost weight much, but he's still not thin. lol

My Asc is Cancer with moon in the 12th house gemini.

It's opp. venus in sagittarius (5th house w. equal house system 6th in placidius)

sextile mars in aries (10th house equal/11th placidius) and

quincunx capricorn mercury in my 7th house
