Its really not a matter of signs. Saturn transits affect you financially more by angular angular aspects (or quincunx) to your natal Venus, Jupiter, or Pluto.

If Saturn is moving through the 2nd, 8th, or 10th houses it may have its strongest affect given those types of aspects. Again, that is entirely dependent on how accurate your chart is on the Asc.
