So I checked all my siblings's ascendant and found that my sister is a Scorpio rising. I found her birth time on her birth certificate, however, I do not see how see looks like a Scorpop whatsoever. She looks like she has a water rising, in my opinion, but it doesn't seem like it's Scorpio.

I'll describe her personality when she's out at a public place. This is when she first meets people, not when they get to know her annoying side.

She is somewhat shy at first, but she talks as soon as she gets comfortable. She talks in a really quiet pitchy tone (I can't describe it well). She likes girl stuff and is into the kind of music my kind doesn't fancy lol (i.e. One Direction stuff). In no way she is intimidating like usual Scorpio risers.

She's 12 and she looks like (and sometimes acts like) my mother who is a Pisces rising.
