I liked it. And for such a short, concise explanation I found it spot on (at least for me as a child and those I know or knew as kids), and I don't say that often.

I am always happy that my children and I do have an earth moon, because we have a water mercury. Therefore there is a little bit of earth at my home .

Yes it was very well placed and written simply. Our parents play an important role on how we reflect and use our feelings later on in life. If anyone wants he can analyse his Moon aspects and state how his EQ works.

Do you have a good online EQ-test? I know my IQ, but that is woth nothing without EQ.

When I was young I though IQ was the most important thing. I met lots of people, been hurt very much and I finally realized EQ is the key. EQ and social education. Of course I need people that we are mentally at the same level, but I need others to understand how I feel at last, how they should act. Sick and tired to be one sided. Above is an EQ test, but it doesn't have rating unfortunately.

A water Moon gives the highest rating in EQ I think, and also good aspects the Moon if the element is different. An aspect I discovered it might be connected on blocking the EQ, is Moon in hard aspect to Mercury esp. Opposition.

I'm water moon. My dad earth moon (Taurus) and my mom... fire (Sagittarius). Her moon opposes my Sun and Jupiter. It has annoying effects.
Also, we are all "fire deficient".

In my personal opinion I connect my moon sign with mercury. Although I have a Taurus moon it was very difficult for me to talk about feelings. According to the EQ Test I am better now, but my children need to work on it. They have no aspect between Virgo moon and Scorpio mercury.
