Anyways, this is my chart (with the birth time that was given by the hospital).

I'm placed at a 1 degree Libra Rising.

The reason I am so confused is that I almost always attract Virgo, Pisces and Sagittarius. Not saying that's a bad thing whatsoever but these people aren't supposed to automatically want to approach me judging by my chart. Especially as friends and relationships. I don't think I fit the physical image of a Libra Riser, nor the extroverted social ness of one either.

I am extremely reserved, cold and intimidating at a first glance and usually almost always am friends with Feminine signs. I have a very low self esteem and I'm especially self-critical about how I look and need everything to be perfect because I believe I will make more people like me by looking good. I'm a really good conversation starter and no one really suspects a thing but usually in very large groups of people I tend to stay quite and to myself.

I have a really large broad head with a squarish jaw, extremely skinny arms and i'm the tallest out of my siblings. I've always been a really shy child, I do like to however present to the world that I am a really outgoing person with many friends because that's what I want people to see (especially in photos).

I'm on the left, on the right is my brother who's a Cancer sun, Scorpio Moon, Capricorn Asc.

Supposedly i'm supposed to attract Aries if I was a Libra riser because they're on my 7th house but I find that doesn't make any sense as I have little to no aries friends and they're the hardest to get along with because I am more passive and polite. My best friends are Leo's though (if that says anything).
I'm usually interested in Gemini's and physically Taurus

Dreaminess, I agree; i'm also very confused because I have sun in the 1st house if I was a Libra or a (late) Virgo rising, So many thoughts would be the same.

It just confuses me why I attract Mutuable signs. Especially Virgo.

I even made a social experience where I counted the likes on my photos which were mostly from Virgo, and Pisces people.

Also a Tinder experiment, where conversations were always started by virgos, pisces and sags.

I just looked into that site and It's hard for me to relate to one specifically. I have my other brother and my mom who are both Libra risings and they are extremely outgoing and live their lives dependant on people. I'm more of a misanthrope, and usually can be seen at my college classes sitting in the middle of the class by myself not knowing anyone.

Physically;

Virgo - I have a large forehead, my head does look very long when I take a picture from above but in general its quite short. My nose is pinched, straight and downpointing.

Libra - I have a dimple in my chin, I have the lightest features in comparison to my siblings, eyes and hair.

Aries on the DESC doesn't necessarily mean you attract Aries Suns. It may mean people who have one or more Aries traits: bold, adventurous, idealistic, courageous, seek challenge, pioneers, like to be first, childlike, assertive, direct and honest, self-centered, impatient, impulsive, easily bored.

Leo is on the 11th house cusp and the ruler of the 7th house, Mars, is in Leo in your 11th house. It's no wonder your best friends are Leos. The 11H is the house of friends, among other things.

That's your Cap Moon. Was there a lot of moving from place to place as a child? Do you prefer to be mobile instead of living in one place for very long? Do you have a sense of having shallow or no roots?

I'd say that fits Saturn in Pisces in the 6H.

You also have Moon conjunct Neptune, which could account for why you attract Pisceans.

@yota13 - That's true but libra risings usually a slimmer more longer face so it's confusing. I relate to Steve Carell and Usher when it comes from fellow Virgo Risers and Gerard Butler/Leo DiCaprio from Libra risings (In terms of head shape of course).

@peony I would hope I'd attract someone bold, adventurous and idealistic. Sounds like someone interesting. I usually don't attract people like that though, I usually attract people who constantly need praise, kinda needy and are extremely shy.

As for moving, I grew up in the same place and house for 16 years and then after my parents divorced, me and my mom moved to a different country. I guess not that much moving. I love travelling so i'm constantly wanting to live in new places. I kinda have no sense of major culture because i'm what they call a third culture kid, I lived in a country that wasn't of my ethnic background.

@HelixID haha my brother is actually a capricorn rising, so maybe the cardinal features are more apparent. I have another brother who's a libra riser as well, we look nothing alike haha.

These are two charts of people that I was attracted to. Unfortunately I don't know their rising signs.

Whether you are libra or virgo rising , your chart ruler ends up in scorpio. You also have a very huge second house stellium in scorpio . This could be why you like to keep to yourself. You are also capricorn moon. This is also why you maybe reserved at times.

wwfbader, your chart image has expired, so maybe you could share you birth data. I don't see it anywhere here. With that I may be able to give a definite specific answer right here.

What I do is take the birth data and start by seeing what Ascendants are actually possible. Conventional astrological practice equates the meeting of the ecliptic and eastern horizon as the Asc. There is actually more involved, which I won't go into here.

Some have pointed out the Moon in Cap as a factor -- and they are right to equate this to great reserve early in life. Indeed your emphasis on presentation socially is quite like the Libra-Cap combo.

As I said to someone else,play around with the Mc/Ic axis. That seems to have worked out well for me.
