How many degrees over to the next sign that the moon sign is in, for you to have a Ascendant in that next sign.

For example if I have my moon at 26 degree in Aquarius. How often will I have my Ascendant in Pisces. And my sun sign is in cancer

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. If you mean to have that exact combination...
About a two hour window, once a year.

Sun travels each sign about every 30ish days.
Moon travels all twelve signs about every 30ish days.
Asc travels each sign in about 2 hours I think

I'm fairly sure anyway!
