Is there a planet placement or aspect that shows in a chart of a person with this problem? Like other people using slanderous gossip and taking people away from another?

Neptune in the 11th with some difficult aspects, maybe?("losing friendships through lies"/"shady friends") But I guess it would be more complex than that and the chart of a person who suffers from such a thing often would likely show several unrelated indicators which combined produce this effect. Hard Moon-Pluto aspects are sometimes connected with jealousy/enmity coming from women, for example, and I would probably expect to see something along those lines going on with the 7th House as well. The person's Venus could also be part of the puzzle...

*edited to add* I've got Neptune in 1st and Pluto in 11th. opp. Moon and such things used to happen to me when I was younger, but partly because I let them happen... Have become extremely picky with my friends since and it hasn't happened for a long time now.
*another edit* Or do you mean, what would show up in the chart of someone who does this to others? In that case: sorry, no idea.

I've had this issue for a long time. Total strangers will try to sabotage my friendships for no apparent reason at all through lies, belittling me to make me seem like my friendship would be worthless, and so on. Here's what stands out in my chart:
