I can't do them all. Some would be shots in the dark! LOL
Now I’m drifting away from home a little bit with this one. I have my 12th house and some friends along with my sister. So here goes! Pisces moon!

Pisces moon might be a little tricky to even put into words.Pisces, how do I begin? Pisces moon feels. That sounds quite obvious but they feel everything! This is a very sensitive placement for the moon. When I say sensitive, I don’t mean that they are overly delicate and unmanaged. I mean that they are like a huge antenna receiving signals from everyone. It’s a tricky thing to define. They are not mind readers, they feel. They also have a quite vast imagination, an imagination that if channeled properly, can lead to acting, artistry, writers, and other professions that can be driven by emotion. Pisces also struggle between the mundane and otherworldly; it is not surprising to see people of this moon sign spend hours daydreaming in solitude. Withdrawal and escape from the world allows the Pisces Moon to recharge their highly sensitive emotional system- too much stimulation can drain this sign. Any outlet for your emotional and visual stimuli can allow for the Pisces Moon to channel the vivid world contained in their imagination.

Pisces moon love people, all people. On some level they really do love all people. It has to do with the basics of just being a human. They understand on very deep levels that we’re born and more or less have the same starting point. The same very basic needs, but fundamental needs. They see the big picture. Where it’s opposite, Virgo, can be very detailed, Pisces sees the whole. They see people, humanity (although not fighters by nature, they do do fight for humanity and dispel any injustices, such as MLK jr, a Pisces Moon). Beyond religion and race, status and class. They understand human needs and wants and most of all, human emotion. They just get it and they are sensitive to it.

Pisces are also very, very intuitive- it is not surprising many gifted astrologists, psychics, and other intuitive professions have Piscean, Neptunian, and/or 12th house placements. Their feelings about people and events are felt almost immediately, accurately, and with great intensity. These people often just 'know' something, and some have experienced prophetic dreaming, possessing healing abilities, and a desire to understand the forces under the surface that shapes our lives. That friend who can easily read your mind? Do not be surprised if they end up having a Pisces Moon.

Pisces moon gives. They give love to the world as a whole. The world may not KNOW of this, but people around them probably will know this. Pisces moon is the friend that you can call at 3 am because your significant other just broke up with you. Pisces moon is the one that may just cry with you, listen, and absorb your pain. Later, comes questions of what happened. They feel others emotions. It may not need to be anyone that they know personally. Like I pointed out earlier, they just understand emotions and they feel them, all around them. They spread love to all those around them. Love is an important lesson for Pisces Moons, for the unconditional acceptance of others can lead to putting their loved ones on a pedestal and may be forced to wake up to the harsh reality of life when the loved ones fall 'off the pedestal.' Thus, it is key to be in relationships with those who understand your sensitivity- this can aid in finding a transcendent type of love while maintaining a firm root on the ground.

I feel like I’m doing them an injustice with my lack of words to describe them. Let me put it this way. Last December a friend of mine, my age, passed away of cancer. I went to the service, and I’ve been to a few of them. This one though, was very different. He was Pisces Sun and Moon. There were quite a few people in attendance but it wasn’t the number of people in the room that made you feel that this guy was loved or affected many. It was an unspoken energy in the room. It makes me tear up just thinking back to that day. (See? Gemini moons feel!) Any “Tom, Bob, and Harry” could have walked in and felt the love in there that day. It was truly something totally unforgettable. This guy loved, and he was loved, beyond comprehension. People told stories about him. We all laughed, and we all cried and I’m certain that not one person in attendance was not overwhelmed with the power in that room that day. Just incredible.

My friend, like many Pisces Moon, would get VERY angry about one thing – nasty people. Many of them will NOT tolerate people being nasty to others. But would I say that Pisces hates even these people? Nah, they hate what they do, but not them. Again, it’s this kind of spiritual understanding that people do the craziest things for reasons even the offender may not realize, such as pain in childhood, suffering, illness, and all kinds of things. They are forgivers! They will write people off, technically, but if there’s any room for forgiveness then they would rather go that route. Often is the receiver of their forgiveness is not ready, not open. One act of kindness towards the Pisces moon and in all likelihood, they’ll forgive! This may also be considered a weakness of this sign, because the extreme sensitivity is something that can easily be taken advantage of; Pisces tends to see the good in people and may backfire if trust is given to the wrong people.

Everything comes with a price however. Pisces moon also, as great as it is, pays a price. You see, Pisces moon puts out so much effort to give it’s love out to so many, and to feel with them. They celebrate with others and will make it a special occasion. They forget about one though – themselves. Pisces moon suffers. They suffer in silence, but they suffer. It’s a pain that few see. They are there so often for others that whatever schedule that they had can be disrupted and put them behind on things that they really NEED to do. They want to unload their pain, their stress, and just let out their feelings, both good and bad. Part of this relates to the fact Pisces feels the pain and burden of humanity, and on some level may feel guilty or undeserving of help. They won’t tell you this though. Even if you ask, “Everything is fine” is likely what you’ll hear, with a tone and a smile that could fool anyone. They hide pain like no one else! Not just that they can hide it like a poker face. Oh no, they’ll have you COMPLETELY convinced that everything is just lovely! They REFUSE to burden anyone else. Nope, won’t happen. It can make them feel very alone, despite having so many people love them and rely on them. They have few to actually rely on.
It’s possible, if you carefully insist, they just may unload their emotional closet. Make sure that you’re prepared! It won’t be out of control, but it’ll be deep! It’ll be powerful!

One other thing that I’ve seen happen with some Pisces Moons. I wouldn’t say it’s common, but it can happen. Once in a while, they just feel for no reason. They may feel some very powerful emotion for some relatively small thing. Once in a while, emotion does get the best of them. You know those people who cry at sappy love movies, rejoice at finding a dollar bill on the ground, and laugh at the silly humor of a children's book? Pisces Moon feels just about everything in the environment, soaking up everything like a sponge.

Pisces Moon is a bit of a chameleon of sorts. Being the last sign, they know people. They know to laugh at a Gemini moon, they understand Libra’s need for balance, Leo’s drama, Capricorns structure and so on. They get it all and they know how to befriend all. They know how to love all, at least in a basic sense. Not to love them because of what they do or how they represent themselves. They love people simply because they ARE… people.

Aww. This sounds lovely.

However, I know a few nasty moon in pisces people. One guy is a pisces sun and moon, abused his wife and cheated on her, but in the end screwed himself over.

Another is a girl i know. Sag sun pisces moon, kind of ****** at the world, but loves dogs.

Yeah. My sister wasn't the greatest sometimes, but somehow we knew she meant well. She would fight for people. But with Leo Sun, mercury, and Mars, she didn't hesitate to use violence. But it was generally defending someone else. Yet, she is still friends to this day with people who beat her up one time. (Years ago)

So, there's a lot of things that can change how any moon behaves.
I'm not as controlled as many Gemini moons. I get loud or mean, sometimes without meaning to or I just overshoot what I was going for.
My moon is sextile Leo Sun which I think contributes and my mars conjunct mercury. (Which my moon squares)
But I think in a decent state, Pisces moon would behave this way, generally speaking. Depending on the house and so on.

My double Pisces friend. I remember offering him my overtime money to help out with his hospital bills, but he politely refused. I knew he could use it but...

I love a Pisces moon. My bestest friend in the whole world is/was a Pisces moon. This is all so true.

If I could live a few weeks as another moon sign, I'd love to experience life as a Pisces. It would be such an experience for my long-lived cappy moon self. Now that I think about it, my progressed moon is in Pisces.

DF: It's funny you mention your sister's urge to fight other people's battles... The one I know (sag sun/mercury/mars) does the same which is quite ironic. They open and offer themselves to so much it leaves them vulnerable... Vulnerable of being taken advantage of, suffering silently in vain, feeling unappreciated... THEY are the ones that truly need the protection, but a lot of the time no one is paying enough attention or is intuitive enough to notice. Mostly, what they need is to set clear boundaries and afford themselves the same care and compassion they give to others. It's okay to be selfish (because that's what they'll call it) once in a while. It's crazy how fast the well meaning Pisces moon I know transitions from savior to victim.

As for the feeling for no reason... I think it's "seemingly" no reason. They pick up so much from their environment that reasons elude them. I bet it's overwhelmingly confusing. This hypersensory ability can make them such awesome artists, or be plain crazy making.

This is SO me! I'm a Pisces Sun, Moon, and Mercury. I love people, but not in the outgoing/extroverted way, but more of a people-watcher/observer way. I am fascinated by the psychology of them, is this a pisces moon thing as well? Maybe it's because my pisces stellium is in my 8th house.

I will do anything for anyone, even if they are complete strangers. If someone tells me something bad that happened to them, I get embarrassed because I start tearing up half way through their story. I just want to give them a big hug and say everything will be okay. I hate seeing people (or animals) upset or hurt because I am like a sponge and I literally feel their pain. I'm empathetic to the max.

I do not like to judge anyone. I believe everyone is built the same, after all, we are all just skeletons walking around! I am usually the go-to friend when my friends have problems. I will listen and counsel them for however long it takes until they smile again.

I don't think people have taken advantage of my kindness too often. If I realize they are, I'm pretty keen to it and I slyly get away from them, without hurting their feelings of course. I've had almost every guy I've dated tell me that I am the sweetest girl they've ever met.

I think the world needs a little bit more people who care as much for others as the Pisces moons do

I'm not an astrologer, but the Pisces moon I know is a Scorpio rising, and is very much the same. I think it could be a combo of the 8th house/Scorpio and Pisces placements. Scorpio is very much into motives and underlying issues like in psychology.

My mom and brother have Pisces Moon and they are very sensitive, daydreamers and love all the people. My brother hides it pretty well though with Libra Sun and Leo AC, while my mother has Aquarius Sun (which makes her loud many times) and a Taurus AC. My brother has his Moon in the 8th house which is deep and hides it quite well, while my mother has it in the 12th house and makes her an absolute clairvoyant. She sees everything in her dreams, we know everything about the future through her,it's amazing...

I really like Pisces moon. My best Friend is an Aries with Pisces moon and Libra asc. What a lovely combination! He is so sure of himself while being very soft and, well, likable. He is really popular fellow. Being Libra asc myself too I often wish I had the Arian "in your face" confidence rather than the strong silent confidence of Capricorn!

I think Pisces moon is one of the best Moon placements especially if you have other energies to balance it off.

My daughter is a Pisces moon. She is so sweet and sensitive. If I ever say a bad word (which is rare), she always asks me to apologize and I really could have said a different word.

And she really does love everyone.

DeepFreeze, this was absolutely beautiful. I dont think I know any Pisces Moons, but it was lovely.

The thing about Pisces feeling when it seems like nothing is going on is really interesting. As I've mentioned several times (lol) 8th house Pisces SN, and I have been told (and it's so true) that I have to be careful about picking up energy that can't be seen or felt by other people. If I react as if everyone can see it, I might be diagnosed with some type of psychological disorder. That information was so helpful to me, because when I start to feel all sorts of ways, I know to withdraw, and deal with it in private rather than make people wonder about me. So well done DF. You can write!

You must have read my mind-you might know Pisces Moon people better than they know themselves! I completely agree with the intuitive and feeling sections, and sadly the reluctance for help is also a thing common for Pisces Moon. Having a strong imagination is great to channel the struggles with the mundane world, and at least for me it gives me a place of hope and rejuvenation. There's a sort of sensitivity with this sign in general that is hard to replicate and the world needs more of.

I think what people should understand is that it takes a lot for Pisces Moon people to become upset or disappointed in others; you really have to be do or say something very bad to make us reluctant to forgive and forget. Certain things, however, such as bigotry are automatic dealbrakers where I refuse to associate with them unless they change their ways. We always want to see the good in people, even if we get burned again.

Oh and back to the animal lover discussion- I was totally that child that befriended every animal, even a skunk one time lmao. Luckily my mom pulled me away before it had a chance to spray me. I want soooo many pets in the near future.

I felt pretty comfortable doing Pisces. With my Virgo stellium in the 12th, including mercury. I felt like I was able to kind of ground the energy and bring it into my intellect.

Oh my goodness, DeepFreeze. How many onions did you add to this thread?? Lol!! I teared up. Every words - it's ME.

I'm so sorry your friend passed, but I feel (oops.. yeah I do feel first.. lol) happy and peaceful for him because he left LOVE for you and people around him.

I know we are constantly taken advantage of. I know we are too sensitive, we feel too much. BUT right now (as in at this point in my life after years of growing up, discovering myself, understanding my needs), I don't mind all that as long as people remember me as something positive. I'm not saying they need to remember how great I am or how nice I am or whatever. I JUST hope that people remember me as something positive for their lives when I die.

Your post made my day.

Thank you

You're welcome!
I'm genuinely happy that I got it right. It's a wonderful feeling when you can read something about your chart and it just makes sense.
Wish I could do all of them. I mean I could try, but, some would be a lot more guesswork.

You write very well DF. I know three pisces moons- my hubby, his identical twin brother and my boss/work partner. They are all male Aries suns and as 7ate9 wrote above, I think this is a wonderful combo too.
My hubby's moon conjuncts my pisces sun (as does his twin's, born 7 minutes later) and he just 'gets me' (even though it squares my gem moon). And he puts me on a pedestal.

All three of them are big softies at heart and I really think their pisces moon balances out that fiery, somewhat egotistical energy that can be associated with Arians. They love people/animals and will often put other's needs before their own.
I'm not too sure with the 'intuitive' description with these guys though, I think for them it would be more 'understanding', and they are great at it. I also think their real emotional side is only shown to those they are closest to. ☺

Great article again.

Unfortunately, I know closely only 1 Pisces Moon. It's my stepmum. She is Pisces Sun conj Moon (my dad is Pisces Sun, Sag Moon).

She works as a vet, and her and my dad own a grehound kennel. These two live in the forrest by the beach. Life is hard, especially in winter, kennel requires a lot of work, but they love their pets like their own kids (even more in my dads case haha), and don't sell them to whoever wants to buy. There was an offer of 8000 euros for 1 puppy, and they said no to it, because buyer didn't have a recommendation. Seriously, they could do with this money. They care sooo much about their dogs.

My stepmum is very simpathetic, kind and nice.

"One act of kindness towards the Pisces moon and in all likelihood, they’ll forgive!"

That's true...

And sucking up because you want something (for nothing) doesn't count.

I can't believe people do that, and think it's coming off as genuine.

Very uncomfortable :/

Great post, though... still reading through.

Pisces is one of my favorite Moons and I get along with them very well. This is a great description!
They need periodic and cyclic contact with the otherworldly, magical, music, arts, nature, the beauty and goodness in this world, otherwise they can even get ill, mentally and/or physically.

My stepdad is a fellow Pisces moon and we have never had a fight. He's raised me since I was two and I mean, never. We are such different people; he's a Taurus and a pastor while I'm an Aqua and agnostic, but at the end of the day I see that he is such a good person, so self-sacrificing and with such pure intentions. Whatever differences we have we make light of and move on. He gives money to 182 orphans living in Africa every month even if it means he eats a little less (he's on a pension). He literally has hundreds of people who love and respect him from every station of life; businessmen who have run Fortune 500 companies to Massai tribe members (no, i'm not exaggerating here). I go and see him every single Tuesday, even on the rare occasions it means that I will have to sit through him giving a sermon at church. I don't really have a bond like that with anyone else. And he's also the only person who seems to get that I still talk to my mom even though she was so cruel and abusive towards me. Most people just tell me to cut her off and think I'm a bit nuts for letting her smother me after all she put me through. He tolerated it for many years before he finally found the strength to walk away. And even when he did that, he let her keep everthing including the house he worked for.

I don't so much mind the tears that come easily and unpredictably with this moon placement, such as when I saw a homeless person on Christmas Eve. The reason I don't like having this moon placement is because of the way it gets eaten up by more dominant personality types. When we love or are attached to someone it kills us to draw boundaries and say no. So we are vulnerable to manipulative types. I'm also not very ambitious although this is probably also owing to an overall lack of earth in my chart. Also, a lot of people bond through ribbing/teasing each other and I feel like I have been robbed of my birthright as an Aquarian to do the same or at least be able to handle it or enjoy it a little. I can't stand meanspirited humour at an individual's expense (at least not to their face!), nor do I like it when it's done to me. That makes for a lot of discomfort. I can't even watch the Justin Bieber roast because I just feel bad for the guy. This placement is awesome for everyone else but sucks for the native who has it. Only other Pisces moons can understand what a burden it is to walk around feeling sorry for everyone including those who took advantage of you or hurt you and oftentimes especially those people.
