I just got done watching romeo an juliet and I really think it reeks of a saturn/venus double whammy. How they never quite got together. The love at first sight could have been karma from past lives. The communication difficulties. What do you guys think?

I think Venus/Neptune. They barely knew each other and swore things like "forever" etc.

Venus/Neptune also speaks of a love that has to be conducted in the shadows. Like it has to be in secret for fear of it being "discovered" etc.

If Venus/Saturn, I would expect one of them to be considerably older than the other. Or for it to be a case of latent affections

Their story is totally Neptune...I have Venus-Neptune conjunction and I met a guy with his Venus tightly conjunct my Neptune and vice versa...oh boy...I felt he was the 'one'...its super romantic...but this always ends in sadness...if they didn't die they probably wouldn't broken up or something.

Yes, Venus/Saturn is the super glue, it's hard to give up on loving someone with this aspect but I'm sure it was more of the easier aspect. The Saturn person may have a need to bind with Venus because they have a strong need to protect them and they need something from the Venus person to complete something missing in their own life -- it could be a double whammy so each completes each other. Saturn can be very obsessive about what it wants, Venus/Saturn aspects can be obsessive more on the lines of perfection, not Neptunian perfection, more about the details and structure. Sometimes the love has obstacles, a tinge of pain, even the positive aspects. Venus can have a deep love for Saturn and vice versa -- Venus beautifies Saturn and makes Saturn more receptive to love. Venus/Saturn aspects aren't all about being cold and rejecting. It can be a love that never dies even when apart. Venus/Saturn can surprisingly be very strong in relationships that are profound. Romeo and Juliet had a duty to their love, they were essentially telling their families that they didn't care how they felt, nothing was going to get in the way of the love they felt for each other.

I also see the Venus/Neptune context and a few other aspects like obsession being Venus/Pluto for starters.

Karmic love can be Neptune/Saturn and Moon's Nodes

I also think it's venus Saturn because Juliet was suppose to marry Paris.
