No, it isn't. You wouldn't be able to "intuit" that Chiron was about those 8th house matters if you hadn't been taught what those 8th house matters were.

Sometimes you "feel" something but can't find the words. Sometimes you have the words but long for the experience.

When you eventually have the experience,the cycle is complete. The two preceding them don't matter anymore.

Astrologers often argue about the differences in the delivery of the intuition in the form of words(i.e interpretations).

Few astrologers hold the actual experience to be BIGGER than the word itself.

I don't know how many sites I have visited that copy/paste each other with interpretations.

Few want to draw from experience and explore it from there.

It depends on the Astrology -- you can't get away with intuition solely for Medical Astrology as it requires you to know what houses and signs rules what organs, what Moon phase the client is in, that a Waning and Waxing square is different and can tell you someone's health status. After that, then you pull in the intuition by looking at the person directly and letting your intuition flow as to what ails them.

Traditional Astrology is not as intuitive as Modern astrology.

IMO, astrology has parameters and symbolism first, than comes the intuition. Most people who are strong in intuition is also strong in symbolism and meanings. Astrology is not exclusively intuition, there is a general structure to it that promotes intuition and readings. If someone is highly psychic, they are using less structure, as they are pulling from a unknown dimension that can't be quantified, no one really knows how a psychic gets the information they use, but a person should go to a reputable one though. Some people don't realize the power they give away to astrologers and psychics when they go for a reading. Your spiritual soul is delicate and you should protect it by going to only the best astrologers/psychics. Psychics who are also astrologers should know how to use both to give a accurate reading.

An astrologer's intuition should be for the most part accurate for the person they're reading for, just because it's intuition does not mean pulling crap out of a hat. Experience, reading a lot of charts, and studying astrology helps with intuition and seeing patterns.
