Seeing how many people on this board were a little down during the Libra Full Moon and the following days, maybe that was an emotional 'spring cleaning' of sorts and now the Aries New Moon might have an inspiring effect. I've found that when I get strong impulses to re-decorate and re-organise my home, it's always connected with emotional/ mental shifts (even if unconscious) and it's always a very liberating thing to do. My guess is you'll experience the New Moon this Saturday as very empowering, you might find the following few weeks a very good period to manifest your wishes, since your natal Moon carries the same initiating energy as the New Moon and it might get activated.
