I've been teaching myself through cafeastrology but when I do a chart on astro.com it comes up with all these aspects that cafeastrology don't show me so I don't know what to think

Around the same time, some immediate change in the direction of where one wants to go. Some passionate/strong resolve towards a certain goal or self-actualization?

Year 2018/2019 should be interesting. A learning period all around. Your wits should be all around you as you absorb all there is to learn.

An important relationship may play a key role in influencing all that you hold dear and cherish.Even to a point of re-evaluating it.

I'll give you even more, but at least I'll tell you what they mean ...

Sun [22N26] very closely parallel Venus {22N27]. This aspect makes Sun-Venus much more prominent than the circle flat wheel chart would suggest since they are about 7 degrees apart there. This aspect can help with emphasis on all activities that are creative or in which you are engaged in dealing with others and their needs. The Sun is power/life/energy and Venus delivers comfort, pleasure, entertainment, etc.

Sun-Venus contra-parallel Uranus-Neptune. This configuration is a bit complex with 4 factors involved, but adds to the 'creativity' them with Uranus-Neptune being at the other end. You can see those two planets opposite the Sun in the circle chart. You have the potential to operate outside the box or at least come up with creative solutions that overcome problems with conventional methods. People with these factors often find that institutional settings are too constrictive and eventually they have to go freelance.

Moon Parallel Saturn [16S36] shows that you tend to hold in your feelings and need to learn that suppression or isolation is not always the answer. This tends to slow down development of personal confidence, particularly if you grew up with a single parent guiding you. It would be very helpful to write out or record a diary in some form, to process consciously what you feel rather than let it remain submerged.

Moon [16S36] contra-parallel Mercury [16N30] & Mars [15N58] shows you've got the potential for a temper and need to be careful not to let certain types of people irritate you too much, to get time to yourself and catch such irritations early. This is an indicator of a nervous system that can be over-reactive. This is less pronounced with Saturn parallel Moon, but is still a factor.

On the other end of that is the Mercury Parallel Mars aspect which shows you've got a very active mind and need to apply it in reading, studying, writing, and communicating directly as you develop confidence. This is a writer's/thinker's aspect and it further strengthens what I've said about creative pursuits.

Mars square Saturn shows you'll need to develop some patience with the ON:OFF dynamics in which it feels that others, especially those in authority, may tend to push you when you feel like coasting, or that you feel like pushing forward when you aren't allowed. This is an aspect that requires strategy and thoughtful planning to circumvent and outwit such frustrations. Take a pragmatic, proactive approach rather than an idealistic or impulsive one.

Sun-Venus trine Pluto shows that you've got great potential with some extra effort to express depth of caring with one or more persons in your life and could even develop what we'd think of as leadership qualities, at least on a small scale. This can be expressed poetically, creatively, but also with a 'lead by example' conscientiousness that can quietly show others 'how.'

T-square: Mars opposite Pluto with both squaring Saturn. This is a very challenging configuration that will mean learning through some struggle and even pain at times to be more alert to power and control dynamics than you'd probably like. With women, this most often involves at least some extra awareness of the intentions of possible aggressors around them, or at least awareness that your intuition can fill in the details of what is not said out in the open. Being a Cancer you have this ability. Pay attention to your intuition about people and avoid those who you feel are manipulative, controlling, etc. There will always be indicators that you can pick up on intuitively or as a matter of their actions.

I would also add it could be very important for you to simply refuse to work for a boss who you see early on does not respect you or others' privacy, priorities or your gender.
