what i have noticed, is that at my work place- all of them actually there was always a boss who wanted to "break" me in a way..someone i clashed with..my pluto is 6th house and its sq my MC as well..
i often find people who are weaker have a problem with my energy, and if they happen to be in a higher position then me, they will try to subdue me lol
anyone with similiar experience?

I have Pluto in the 6th as well as mars conjunct pluto, sun conjunct pluto, and all three opposite my ascendant. I can relate to every single thing you said.

How about the trine? How does that work for the people with mars trine pluto?

Idk if it's the most "intense" aspect. But to me, out of my whole chart, it's one of the most difficult one to handle.

mars oppose pluto. Taurus mars is in detriment so I'm not hard core and don't come across as hard core. But it's hard to stop once I "start".

Once I become passionate about s.t, I don't even think about stopping.

I don't have Mars-Pluto but I have Mars in the 8th. I'd imagine it's similar yet somehow less overwhelming or all-consuming for 8th House Mars.

I do have Sun square Pluto and Moon conjunct Pluto. I think they're all very intense in different ways. Sun-Pluto is about extreme personality, Moon-Pluto is about extreme emotion. I think Mars-Pluto is extreme desire. So, the issues can come mainly when you're not getting your way or achieving your goals. You can obsess over what you want to an unhealthy degree.

But, I think part of the beauty of Pluto is its destructiveness. There can be positive destruction, of course. It's the old mantra of creativity and destruction being intertwined.

Pluto people can never really get rid of this destructiveness and shouldn't. It can feed and enrich us and others in very positive ways. I like to think of it as "healthy ruthlessness." Totally annihilating anything that's in the way of our higher ideals. Not for the sake of power. We already have power, on the inside. But, for the sake of creation, empowerment, transformation, etc.

Good point.
(And great post.)
____

I have the conjunction but I wouldn't describe myself as "intense" in any way, shape or form. (Many factors in my chart can explain this.)

However I've experienced sexual abuse and have had some extreme infatuations that made me go "mad" (i.e. self-destructive).

Off the top of my head, I can think of at least 4 people (besides myself) who have a Mars/Pluto aspect that have experienced sexual abuse:
2 trines, 1 opposition and 1 quincunx.

So the part about "self-empowerment" is very true.
Circumstances that are out of our control force us to find that strength within and move forward from traumatic experiences.
"You don't know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."

I have the soft aspect, Mars sextile Pluto.

I have moved mountains to change the quality of my life. Definite determination.

I have clawed up out of holes that would have drowned and buried others. I see it as an asset if you focus the energy positively.

I can only imagine how difficult it is being born with a harder aspect. Bruce Lee had the square and he is incredible!

I have mars to pluto and also sun to pluto in my natal.

I'll definitely fight for my rights and serious about my goals in life. in work wise, some times I think I can do it myself better than some one else. not so much on difficulty in asking other people for help.

But I will try to do myself FIRST and try to figure them out before asking other people. unless I totally have no clue.

Perfectionist in a way and serious "no BS kind of person". I have high standards for myself and my work, which can be quite extreme if the other parties are more laid back.

And my friends always say that I always tend to go the hard ways or learn by the hard ways.

but I'm still learning how to deal with it.

Temper-wise, not so much. Its more inwards like towards myself than direct to others. Say if I'm very angry at this particular person, I wouldn't go and hit him or her. I'll probably just punch the wall (just an example). Self-Destructive, yes but not violent. I can control my anger pretty well. Just give me a few mins to cool off and I'll be fine (probably some other placements in my natal helps with that). I'm quite calm and peaceful, seldom lose my composure.

Great post! That is exactly how I view this aspect as well. I have Sun square Pluto in my chart as well.

A lot of what has already been said rings true in my case.

I am very strong-willed and resilient. If it's something that my heart desires, I won't stop until I get it or I get some type of result from it.

I hate that I intimidate a lot of guys because I really do have a soft and tender side. I just have a hard to expressing it and this aspect definitely adds to the masculinity I already feel from my afflicted Scorpio stellium by Saturn.

I've been attacked by a person who has Mars-Pluto conj which opposes Moon. He is very competitive and I have no intention of competing with him since I don't considered him to be competitor worthy i.e. waste of my time and energy. BUT while he is attacking me with my health, wealth and everything else in my life, I must defend. I've lost everything since I've been moved to this house. I have no option to move either or would want to just because of him. It does feel like DO or DIE vibes and I think silly.

Could someone help?

People with the soft aspect find themselves being the conduit of power/violence. There have been many instances where I have stopped potentially fatal situations.

My Grandmother had the square and all her husbands died in a very violent way.

where was Mars and Pluto located? Anything to do with 7th H or are they 7th house ruler i.e. scorpio?

I read on some site that this is usually associated with power and drive because that's what mars and pluto are, but the sexual aspect of it just sort of comes out unknowingly. The friction between the two is always there and the energy is just intense for the people around them And for the natal person, they're sometimes unaware of how that energy gets proejected.

This would be the perfect topic for a spin off thread. I've always wondered if pluto opposition anything in your personal planets can make you have an animalistic dare I say it, sexual vibe?
