In high school. I had issues with my lower back and menstral cycles. This happened when saturn was in Gemini. It squared my sun and oppositioned my moon/neptune. After a couple of years the problem went away.

Now Saturn is back in Sagittarius and I feel like I am having some issues again.

But yes, Saturn transits and aspects do often indicate the timing and nature of some health issues. Saturn correlates to stagnation, a leaden effect upon energy, tightness and constriction in the body.

My 6th house ruler is Mercury. It is in Leo in the 5th house. My two problems physically have been lower back pain and painful periods. They had been so bad I would stay home.

Ever since Saturn has been squaring my sun I feel like the issues I had when I was in high school are reoccurring. I just want it to move into capricorn (if saturn is my problem).

You should also look at your progressed chart.
When you were born, the square between Mercury-Saturn had a wide orb.
It got tighter and probably exact not much time later, I think.
This could have triggered your early back pains!

Wrecked my knee and put me on my ass for 4 months, then years of recovery. Even now it feels like 80% of what my good knee feels like. I don't believe it'll ever be the same.

I would focus on this. Your home again may be pivotal in your health. It may be the early home that imprinted on your health and/or your current home.

Again, a stable relationship will help your health but this may be hard with Pluto in the 7th boding for ups and downs.

However, I think this should be a goal and God can help you with it imo

You may have issues with breasts, stomach and these may be from repressing feelings.

I have this from having a Cancer Moon. My stomach is like my barometer for everything.

For you, you are a very deep person. You feel things very deeply.

This could be a likely root in illness.

You could push things down really far and then they could come out as physical, which is very common.

I have this, as I said.

Any stress comes out as stomach aches. I am trying to change this by FACING deep emotions. This is what I think you should do too

Probably can't run a marathon or even a half marathon anymore. Not inclined to try either.

I only show people who are close to me how I feel, which is like 3 people. My relationships with others don't go well. If someone hurts me (on purpose) I feel so upset, I usua don't feel like seeing that person again. Not the healthiest thing.

My Mars is square saturn and I don't really express my anger or frustration. I just cut people off. Only, if they intentionally tried to hurt me.

I have all the symptoms of endometriosis but I haven't gone into getting that actually diagnosed. I don't trust MDs. I've been looking into ND medicine and there are things I can do. Dioxin is one of the causes.
It was only a little while ago that I started eating organic and trying to get rid of toxins from harmful chemicals.

I used to eat really bad. And, it can be hard to always eat organic (excuse but) with family events and dates and etc.
