I would not want to change it, though possibly life could be easier without it sometimes.
gives me high sensitivity to physical things as well (lights are often too bright, sounds too loud, and I MEAN it if I say I can feel it physically, sometimes sounds too shrill really hurt me).
Also seems to heighten a certain empathy (unless I keep it in check) to the point that if someone hurts themselves (stubs their toes for example) or just talks about it, I can FEEL the sting inside, like a phantom-ache.It possibly makes me too dreamy at time, unless dealing with Neptunian stuff, then I can become rather Martian and determined and always wonder where all that energy stems from. Very very active dream life, sometimes I have to keep it in check to be able to differentiate between a spiritual perception and what is clearly visibly happening here. lol IP: Logged |

Have to agree with the bright lights and loudness. Many times, my eyes hurt when I go outside and it is very bright. And I am always telling my daughter that the TV is way too loud, lol.I also have a lot of empathy, particularly for animals. I feel a strong connection to them. My conjuction is also in the 12th house. Regarding the Mars part, I do feel that I do see mainly the good in people and can be very disappointed when I find they are not what I thought of them. I don't have Mars and Neptune in aspect, but an ex had it. Mars in Libra conjunct Neptune in Scorpio. He has charisma and charm. Music is very important to him. He's motivated by his ideals and is a very spiritual person. Got the idea to an Olympic committee once to have a few moments of silence during the Olympic games for people to envision world peace with millions of viewers watching. Very sensitive to energy. Interested in Tantric sex. Doesn't like confrontation. Resolves conflicts through good communication skills. I've noticed Mars-Neptune people who go through a drug period who then get into spirituality. They yearn for something larger than life. Also, energy gaps with this combination. I like it. I'd say this conjunction (and my entire 5H stellium that it's in with moon 17 degrees Sag, Mars 22 degrees, Neptune 24 degrees) is why I have such a creative spark that makes the stories so vivid and detailed within me. But all that Sag (combined with a lot of Libra and a dash of Scorpio with Leo ASC) has me put a lot of ethical dilemmas and philosophy into my stories which many wish I'd leave out. And I can become very frustrated if I don't work on them, it's almost like they burst out of me or even channeled through me (note, I'm not saying they are, I'm just saying how it FEELS, though if I am channeling some occult truths then reality is far stranger than people going on about the Illuminati and spirit ascensions/raptures realize or even comprehend!). I also think it allows me my creative talents for making money (and also working with children) which has kept me from having to get a 9-5 job, and given that my natal Uranus is also in 5H Sag (right by Scorpio) that's a very good thing! Mars & Neptune in Sag exact in the 12th house / 11th house dep.on the system used. And they conjunct NN as well.I don't see it as a favourable aspect. I am having a hard time balancing these energies. I agreee, I am highly sensitive to sound, light, smell... As a matter of fact I have misophonia... People say I dance as if I am underwater. And guys like the shape and moves of my body. I have very active imagination - too much. A day dreamer... My energy fluctuates. Sometimes I have it loads, sometimes I become a vegetable. Somewhere I read; Mars beats Neptune, Neptune dies and Mars is left without inspiration; Neptune throws acid to Mars, Mars dies and Neptune is left without motivation. This interpration suits me... Other that, since Mars is a the man in a woman's chart; I can't see my man clearly. Fantasy loving mind of mind create illusions about them. I always fall for creative people, musicans, directors etc.. Sexuality is another thing. I love sex but I enjoy fantasizing about it. Even though I am open to the actual act and must have it, unfortunately does not give true santisfaction. I've never had an orgasm while having sex. When I touch myself, I can. I was a party girl and still into partying once in a while ( aged 40 ). Can't live without music. And love to dance. Also, I am no stranger to drug scene. I did a lot of drugs, was addicted to smoking weed. I still smoke weed but the usage has lessened. My insticts are very strong and I can easily see the true motives behind an act. My other neptune & mars aspects

I have this.  I like it! I sometimes procrastinate because of it, yes. I vacillate though. I enjoy lounging, leisure, taking comfort in not doing a damn thing. Lol. And other times I'm a high-energy go-getter that has her finger in every pie...life of the party sometimes. I'm both practical AND imaginative. Extroverted AND introverted. Yin AND the yang. If I'm trying to sleep or relax and someone has the TV or music up too loud...I'll become a total b*tch. Turn that sh*t down now!!!  Otherwise, I enjoy getting my ears & eyes stimulated.

Here's a good Mars-Neptune story.My ex with a Mars-Neptune conjunction interviewed 40 well known spiritual seekers about their experiences of God for a book he was writing. One of them was Ram Dass. In order to get the interview, my ex had people handing envelopes to Ram Dass in every place that he appeared in public.
