I'm wondering here there's some signs that just don't fit well in houses of relationships(3rd,7th,11th houses)like, for example,Scorpio,Virgo,or maybe Aries,Leo,Aquarius(?),bringing some trouble to their all kinds of relationships.

What's "best" for one may be "worst" for another...
It really depends on the individual charts of the two people (since you cannot, by default, have relationships if you're alone in the world - others are inevitably part of the picture).

More than the signs themselves, I'd pay attention to planets in the houses and house rulers and their aspects.

So, say you have a "not-so-friendly" sign on the DSC, for example Aries, possibly pointing to selfish partners or conflicts in relationships, but the ruler of the DSC, Mars, is in Leo, trining the Sun and Venus - ASC ruler, so that really mitigates the negative Aries energy.

Similarly, say you have Cancer on the DSC, possibly pointing to nurturing, close bonds with significant others, but the Moon, DSC ruler, is in Aries and squares Uranus. Then the theme in your relationships will be modified, pointing to emotional upheavals and possible inconsistency and temper tantrums.

Of course, planets IN the 7th house also modify the expression of the 7H accordingly (or planets in any other house, for instance the 11H would be more about social circles and friends/acquaintances).

I agree with Doux Rêve.

What a soul selects as appropriate in their birth chart can only ultimately be fully understood against the backdrop of their soul history and past lives. Without that there is no personalized understanding of what is chosen to brig improvement through astrological urgings in a better direction.

There is nothing 'one size fits all' in astrology.

You don't learn astrology with such questions as these. Instead, learn the basics thoroughly and develop an even understanding across all chart factors, signs, planets, etc.
