I honestly believe it depends on how we live out our current incarnation. Depending on the lessons we learn or fail to learn, I imagine the chart for our next incarnations will be 'harsh' where we missed something so the message can be reiterated, and 'positive' for lessons which we already learned and can build upon/ or explore new horizons.
