I don't know much about draconic charts, but I do know some people say they represent past lives and some say its our higher selves. So would your draconic ascendant show in your features at all like the natal chart does?

I think they could but more subtly than your natal maybe. Or that's what people could you assume you are (i.e. you have a draconic Taurus ascendant and people take you to be a Taurus.)

ETA: perhaps in a very subtle manner like Debby said, not necessarily in the features themselves but the overall "vibe". (Seems to make sense for the people I've checked it for.)
