So far
damaged ear cleaning left tinnitus in my right ear since February.
jaw injury dislocation and multiple fractures. Will be going in for double ja wjoint surgery.
Today a bad fall I fell on my tailbone its so painful I can't hold my pee. I say watch out for it if you have planets in the 12th also keep in mind south node is transiting my 6th and will make contact with my vertex (sigh)

Edit: holy moly, I checked on planet watcher when NN entered into my first house for the first time and that is exactly the time I started to change a lot as a person. More than ever before in my life. I became confident in my own skin, went vegetarian, became spiritual, took a tattoo. I really think you are on to something here manderin.

Using True Node I will use my chart as an example because I know that it is accurate to the minute of arc on the Asc 17VIR14:

- Around 20 April 1979 (less than a week prior to my 9th birthday) the transiting N.Node was around 16VIR45 (half a degree from my Asc). This time was near the end of a "lay-renewal" (a week long daytime revival) at my church I made the profession of faith much celebrated in the religion of my upbringing. This 'saving of my soul' was much celebrated (because of fears of me going to hell if I did not). Yet nothing in my life changed otherwise. I still went to the same church school 5 days a week and to its church services on Wednesdays, Sunday mornings and evenings. Played with the same friends, etc. I was simply considered in the "saved" group that had secured my place in heaven. It was a relational realignment within my narrow social community.

The real story of this event is told in the progressions as my chart had prog Asc exactly conjunct prog Pluto at 24VIR55. Prog Venus [22N43], ruler of natal 9th and in 9th house of religion) near exact parallel with natal MC [22N45.6']. Prog Saturn [13N34] had come close to exact parallel with natal Sun [13N35.6'], marking a willingness for greater obedience. Prog Mercury 20TAU19 was sesquisquare prog Uranus 5LIB15. Transformation of thinking, beliefs, obedience to religious dogma, authority.

In transits, Neptune was also square my Asc (within 3*), opening up doubt and questions in my relation to others.

Without major progressions like these such a transit factor of a phantom point (nodes) would mean more background effect, not events or specific decisions. Such transits along the relational axis always mean some type of relational realignment, and at age 9 there was not much I could do other than realignment with my friends or parents. However, it was the progressed chart picture that showed the specifics.

Nodal transits to within 3* of a natal point last several months, allowing ample time for reinforcement by progression and/or other transits.

I'm not putting up a chart for the second time N.Node made its transit conjunct my Asc, because I don't recall the timing closely enough of my job change.

my asc is at 11 libra, POF at 8. there have been a few changes to appearance, more true to p pluto on asc.

in a nutshell tho

fell pregnant sometime in feb, found out in april. the father turned on me completely, and ran away like a dog with tail between legs - hello ketu on dsc (and also his natal sun, combined with t uranus) so, no shocker there.

just found out it's twins, (just as transit nn hits my 12h POF).
