Diamond and Heart - Pisces/Aqua
Round - Cancer
Rectagle and Oblong - Leo and some Sags
Square - Caps
Inverted Triangle - Gemini

Rectangle = Sag
Round = Cancer
Square = Scorpio
Inverted Triangle = Gemini/Virgo
Heart = Leo
Diamond = Pisces
Oval = Taurus

I've read that Saturn on the ASC has high cheek bones! So Inverted Triangle looks Capricorn or Saturn on the ASC.
Heart looks Scorpio to me.

I'm a Cap Rising, with an oval faced shape, very high cheekbones as well. I have stellium in 1st which definitely impacts the facial structure though.

These descriptions haven't failed me yet. Just guessed an Aquarius rising correctly last weekend because of the description here.

You'll see in the Aquarius rising description they have small/short, squarish heads typical of the fixed rising sign.

I'm a libra rising moon in the 1st house.

I got more like a diamond shaped face, still cannot figure it out. My cheekbones are pretty good, not super high but high enough.

Jaw is strong, almost squarish.

I am a Virgo Rising with fairly prominent cheekbones,and my face is definitely a mix between an Inverted Triangle and a Heart. My jaw has a very soft angle to it, but not round.

I have high cheekbones and jawline. Saturn is on my IC n squares my Asc. N I think my face shape is square/oblong.

Your friend is beautiful. I know a fairly well-known model (at least in SoCal) who is also a Sag sun. Sags are super tall and gorgeous, so modeling is often their calling. Could she be a double Sag Sun and Sag Rising?

Oblong-All the fire signs plus Gemini
Rectangle-Leo and Gemini
Round-Taurus and Cancer (I have a round face and am a Taurus sun and Cancer rising)
Square-Leo again
Inverted Triangle- Libra and Sag
Heart-Capricorn and Scorpio
Diamond-Fire and Air signs, Virgo and Pisces
Triangle-Pisces and Taurus

Unfortunately, specific shapes cannot be directly tagged to the sign on the Asc alone. The person's facial outline/head shape is also affected by aspects to the correct Asc.

Generally, the cardinal signs are more rounded; fixed signs rectangular/squarish; the mutable signs longer, often tapering and/or with a higher hairline. In other words, it is the quality of the sign that gives the general outline with modifications based on where the emphasis is (sun, stelliums, moon, etc).

The planetary principles of these signs come into play in similar fashion.

I'm a Gemini ASC and I have an oval face with a high forehead 🤷🏻‍♀️

My Moon in the 1st gives me the appearance of a round face though in some pictures.
