Since Mercury is in its own sign of Gemini this one won't be as bothersome as it can be at other times. My plans have not altered at all. In fact, I never alter plans initially based on Mercury Rx. I've found the real problems with it only come in when a person engages in reversion to old ways of thinking in situations that require new mentalities, or when a person returns to a previously familiar place or way of doing things. Some might say mails and communication electronics are exceptions to this, but I think they underestimate the power of their own thought patterns. Consider the perceptual distortion created by the sensation of retrograde motion when two vehicles are sitting side-by-side, but one starts moving. At first you can't tell which one is moving. Or consider how this happens even if you are on the road moving next to a car that is moving a bit slower or faster than you. The initial perceptual distortion is the problem. Same thing with Mercury Rx. Because of this I pay very little attention to Mercury Rx. There are key life moments at which it is important to avoid actions when Mercury is retrograde, but not many. When we simply find ways to negate the perceptual distortion there is no need to experience dire consequences or the harassment of a hundred things going wrong. ------------------

Not everyone has that opinion on it...maybe if they did they wouldn't be so afraid of it.It doesn't bother me as much but I do notice ppl go a lil crazy and I'm for sure not signing anything, getting into a relationship or letting old guys come(which seems to be my biggest curse with Merc rx)

There are no such a headache things later at all!
Because I've planedthis quite a long time before this period. And after that the construction , interior decoration were easily finished and quick too . I guess , this could mean , do not start a NEW project here but finishing the old one during this time is welcome In my chart , my natal mercury is direct and it is also my AC/MC ruler . If something is already in progress then it's fine to finish it up. Yes it's only the new things that get negatively affected by Merc rx.

I do avoid major computer work like re-installing operating systems or hard drive copies during merc Rx,,,
And for about 2 more years my sp mercury is RX,,, seems like I should have it covered.lol

For the moment I don't feel a thing, it will start from my IC and head back to my 3rd house. I think in Gemini will be light, like things breaking down, or bad communication. In my case, it's gonna be in my communication with others. I'm always afraid though with returns from the past...IP: Logged |

Ugh I FEEL it! And I normally don't so in a way I'm actually stoked. I have been trying to give my coworker a ride to work and each time she claims to have been on time to my apartment (she lives right across the hall) but I've never seen her. I love reading your words Kannon. Always a very grounded perspective. i think we need to be concerned only if we stop living our lives because of astrology. I travelled during a merc retro cycle and had the best holiday I could've asked for but apparently travelling during one is a bit of a no no  just be mindful and awake.
