Topic: Venus in Gemini- super into appearances?? Love at first sight?

These seem to be common things i see in venus in gemini people. They will make major decisions whether they will take one seriously based on physical attractiveness and are often found in "love at first " sight experiences. Gemini can be kind of superficial unless they have some aspects that give depth and have went through enough that they want to see beyond the physical.Being a gemini Mars, I'm speaking for myself. Plus ex husband was a gemini Sun. IP: Logged |

Something I've always wondered with posts like these is how aware the OP (whoever they are, this is in no way personal) is of their own behaviors. How do we know this isn't a projection? In any case, I do think they take a more lighthearted and friendly approach to love rather than focusing on one object of desire for years and years so if that's what you mean by superficial than I agree. As for looks, I've actually seen them date the gamut of people. In FACT I think they naturally attract or "get" people who treat them worse than their counterparts, Venus in Sagittarius. My theory is that they're curious about everyone and that curiosity gets them into a bad cycle sometimes. Plus Jupiter just adds luck wherever he is. IP: Logged |

I actually have found the contrary to be true.I think we all find a pretty face breathtaking. But the Gemini Venus people I have come to know, seem to date people of all shapes and sizes. Literally!! I think that this position is one of the few that actually falls for someone's "brain". For real. If they are taken by a pretty face,it is usually on a superficial level.And then they move on quickly.Because they usually date all types. And looks I have found,have very little to do with them staying around with someone. IP: Logged |

I second this. It is definitely not about looks for the Venus in Gemini people I know. It counts but it isn't the dominating factor if we look at Venus in Gemini in the abstract. IP: Logged |

Venus in Gemini here. Who doesn't fall for good looking people?  No, but seriously I might be different because I can think someone can look so beautiful but their mind has to be beautiful too. I get really turned off if the person's mind doesn't match their looks. I had a friend named Heather and she is the most sweetest girl ever. Shy, quiet, and compassionate. She is so like an angel. She tries to understand you. Others who don't know her would think her ugly by appearance but she has the heart of a saint. If I ever met a boy version of her I would want to marry him.
