The people you attract are more easily attracted to your rising sign at first, right?I have scorpio rising and i've noticed i attract alot of scorpio suns..
Also aqua moons, maybe because my libra sun is in the 11th? My question is, people who are attracted to you like friends are their sun similar to your rising sign? Or conjunct your rising sign? Or in good angle to your rising? Or opposing your rising? What are your experiences What is your rising/sun/moon and what sun signs do you attract as friends (not romantic!) IP: Logged |

Most of my friends have Aquarius placements
(I have Sun and Mars in Aquarius)
Also Gemini Moon people
(I have Sag Moon)
And Libra and Aries Sun people
(Maybe bc of my Aries Venus)I have only one friend whose Sun is the same as my ASC, Taurus.
And her AQUA Moon conjunct my Sun-Mars conjunction, her GEM Venus trines the conjunction and opposes my Moon. IP: Logged |

I tend to think that I am the most brilliant person that has ever lived. So I want to express my opinion openly as much as I can.That is the one side of me. But the other side of me is acutely aware of others sensitivity to my words. And that it is not so much "what" you say,but "how" you say it. So I tend to attract friends that are intellectually stimulating and progressive in their thinking. But also very sensitive in how they phrase things or how they put their sometimes controversial ideas across to others. I rarely team up with rash,abrasive people who think that "one way is right" is the way to go . I have Aries Asc,Sun in Sag, Moon in Cancer. I think the Moon sensitizes the other two positions.

Oh Ok.I see. The people whom I attract are generally the mixed energy of my 11th(Aqua) and 12th(Pisces). My best friend for many years is Sun in Aqua/Pisces Moon. The other one I like to chat with Pisces Asc/Libra Sun. I think that there is an air/water mix generally.

I see my rising sign as a bit of an initial repellent to the general public / people I've eventually gotten close to. It's really in clash with my 'real' self. Which makes sense to me because my Leo AC squares my nodes (Scorpio NN) and is out of orb squaring my Venus/IC conjunction in Scorpio.
Also my BML in the 10th squares my AC.So.. about the people attract: Well I don't attract many. I keep to myself mostly. But I've noticed that quite a few people in my family of friends have Leo Rising or Leo placements in the 1st. And those placements are definitely misleading for them as well, in my opinion. Then of course the rest of them is filled with Cancer, Pisces, Scorpio/Pluto placements, etc.

I dunno, I have an empty 11th house and I have a tight family of friends. They are a huge part of my life. I do have packed 4th / 5th houses, so maybe that's why my friends are my family, in my eyes.

I think its the Aries Asc that gives me this "you can do it" confidence. And then add to that, my Sag Sun-which is always convinced that it has studied all things and knows what it's talking about. Interesting thread. I am going to talk about my good friends and my secret "enemies".I have some very good friends.
Their Sun signs are :
1. Virgo(it is my Sun/Venus/ASC/Saturn sign).
2. Aquarius(I have no planet in Aquarius, but my Moon conjunct Uranus, Mars in 11th house).
3. Gemini(No planet in Gemini, but my Moon and Uranus conjunct in 3rd house).
4. Aries(I have no Aries planet, but have Sun/Venus/Saturn in 1st house).
5. Capricorn(No planet in Capricorn, but Saturn is in my 1st house). I can get well with almost everyone. But at work, I got set up by those people:
1. One Leo Sun female colleague(I have Mercury conjunct Jupiter in 12th house Leo).
2. One Libra Sun female colleague(my pluto is in Libra in 2nd house).

I attract people that symbolize the house energies for which my planets are located in so that would be: Leo (I have Moon in 5H), Gemini and Sag (have NN/SN in 3H, 9H). Then I also attract Libra and Aries. I have a Libra Pluto singleton and Aries Lilith. My Sun/Moon midpoint is also in Libra/Aries. I have never attracted anything Virgo (my asc and mars), cancer (my sun, venus, mercury) or Capricorn (my moon). There have been a few Aquas here and there, especially Aqua Mars (I have a stellium in 11H and an Aqua Vertex) but that's all been sexual in nature. IP: Logged |

It all doesn't make sense to me, cause I have a cancer ascendant and my chart is all water/earth, but I always attract air/fire sun signs... the most of my ex-boyfriends were air signs, and the most of my normal friends is also air signs.
The only air placement I got is a libra mercury, so I don't really get it...I got Aries in my 11th house though, I don't know if that is why. I also feel like I get along the best with air/fire signs. I am a virgo sun myself
