I wasn't sure if I should post this in the asteroid forum or here, so I am trying this first. What are the effects of a transit Venus sextile Chiron? I am always weary of any transits that tap on my Chiron, no matter what planet or moon or asteroid. It's chiron, so I'm sure people understand its sensitivity. Also, is this an easy transit, since the aspect is a sextile? Or is anything involving chiron just as painful and tender? IP: Logged |

I have this natally... Venus in Aries at 23', Chiron in Gemini at 23'.I can describe it as sacrificing myself on the altar of love, or in my relations with others. I will do anything for love, friendships,etc. including compromising myself, sacrificing myself, putting love/friendship first and myself second, even if it means not taking care of me. :-( Love has always been difficult for me (relationships), because I always put what I want (dreams, hopes, goals) on hold for the sake of the other person/the relationship, instead of striking a balance. In friendships, I give too much, long after the other has stopped reciprocating/giving back. I've had to learn that balance. It doesn't help that my venus is conjunct Jupiter, in the 7th H!!! :0 Just be aware of compromising yourself. It's an aspect of having a lot of available love, but you can inflict pain on yourself by going too far.
