I am really trying to figure out right now which planets/aspects are making me feel this way for the past couple of years.. making it even more difficult now to get out of this depressing phase I'm going through.
Negativity is rising, feeling worn out with no appetite for anything in general, being easily taken advantage of & deceived from a couple of people around me during this. Obsessive thoughts & feelings, anger and even hatred towards some people at times.
Also a sudden outburst of social anxiety for the 1st time in my life,in which has very much restrained me.

It's not me.& don't like this at all!
Hoping it is a phase that will vanish some time soon!

-T.Neptune conjucts Mars,SN &POF, opposing Saturn

-T.Uranus opposing Pluto IC

-T.Chiron going back and forth over my Mars & SN, opposing saturn ofcourse

T.SN has just begun the conjuction with Mercury, and will be over my Sun,Mars & SN when going through Pisces

Most of these apsects ofcourse are almost squaring my Moon sitting in the middle of all this :/

I am hoping for anyone to give me a few clues on how someone can fight through these transits and make it out alive

Thanx in advance!

Hmm the progressed chart shows Venus, Mercury, Mars and the Moon all in the 8th in Aries all opposing natal Pluto in Libra.
T. Pluto is exact square Pr.Mars, Uranus is sitting on Pr.Moon..
Pr.Sun is almost conjuct Chiron. what more could I ask for!

Well, didn't think of that at all. Thanx lisalisa

I thought that being an Aries was going to be easier.. guess not

Hi 313n, depression is associated with the Neptune-Saturn aspect, which is Saturn's impact on Neptune. Neptune in turn can threaten Saturn's security, its defenses and protective devices, much like any outer planet in conjunction or hard aspect to Saturn. The image of the ocean wearing away or destroying coastline and structures is both a concrete example and a metaphor for the mutual activation of these planets in combination. Neptune can also bring up imaginary fears. So, my suggestion would be to use a meditation of visualizing whatever the structures are (psychological or physical) being dissolved and then seeing a more expansive one in its place. It's also helpful to have friends who can help you distinguish between imagination and reality. Being deceived and taken advantage of also coincides with this transit. But it's also about seeing through deception and illusions.

On the positive side for a spiritual person, a way to make the best use of this transit is with focused meditation or undertaking some form of spiritual discipline. For an artist, the discipline and focus to manifest your ideas and visions. Or, this transit can be used in helping others. Saturn and Neptune in aspect is about finding and holding a vision of an ideal in the midst of the darkness and less than ideal reality of existence.

A great example is the American civil rights leader, Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech.

The Neptune transit to Mars can manifest in gaps in energy, but depression can also cause low energy at the physical level. It's a catch 22 because physical exercise, bringing in more oxygen into your system, can alleviate depression, but one doesn't feel like exercising at such times. Breathing exercises can be very helpful. In my experience working with what's called the "warrior's breath," I discovered it dispels fear. No wonder it's called "warrior's breath!" Yoga classes do some work with breath, so that's something you could try or look online.

I think the emotions that are surfacing is a manifestation of tUranus opposing Pluto on the IC. Uranus liberates whatever it touches and in this case it's subconscious emotional patterns and feelings. The Moon if it's aspecting this opposition is amplifying your emotional reactions and anxiety.

Have you worked with flower essences or Bach flower remedies? If not, these have subtle psychological and emotional effects that can help you through these transits. I would suggest "Rescue Remedy" but there are others.

Tell me about it! I've had these same feelings and thoughts since I've had transit Neptune conjunct my Sun and Mars.
(2007-2013)

I'm currently going through transit Saturn about to enter my 8H, already squaring my Sun and Mars.

This is the lowest I've ever been in my life.

If it wasn't enough, months from now tSaturn will conjunct my natal Moon.

It's just great.

These point to Pluto, Neptune, possibly Saturn reinforcing some of the effect.

That's the first step -- separating this from the real you. It is NOT you. These feelings and this state is temporary, but I don't recommend waiting for it to pass. Get proactive.

Neptune-Mars and Neptune-Saturn transits together do this: they lower physical energy and drive, and they change the context of remedy from the abstract/theoretical to one of the types of material practicalities you don't normally look at -- at least to gain some control to avoid the worst.

Take a look at your environment to make sure that you are not being poisoned. Don't look for definitive proof or you will fall right back into the hole these Neptune transits can put you in. What I'm talking about can involve things like dental amanglams in your teeth beginning to seriously break down and make you toxic and depressed; or mold growing in your walls. In other words, things you cannot see directly with your eyes, but have a very material and unavoidable effect on you.

Look for such things. Scan yourself and your environment. Be proactive.

The other transits you listed involving the Moon in this picture only further make the point that something could be having an ongoing effect (from body/environment) upon your blood/glandular system.

Hi peony, thank you for your time and helping me understand in a less complicated way what and how I need to get through these damn difficult and frustrating times! You have been of great help to me other times before in various situations

I have begun meditating many months now.. it has helped for sure on some occassions, and I am willing to give a try the techniques you have mentioned above. I think I like the sound of "warrior's breath" !

Yes, been using Bach's remedy for a couple of months now, and thank god I am seeing, slow but positive results!

Getting proactive has never been easy with my Mars in Pisces, but I have felt the need to do so and not let this pass like this for a while now.
It's been a tough ride in which I feel that with the first disappointment I go 5 steps back again. Ouf!

Thanks for pointing out dental amalgams in teeth! I have been seriously concerned about my dental situation since I have nearly all my life had problems with my teeth, and do have a couple of amalgam fillings years now.

Thanx again Kannon!

Exactly, doesn't feel any lower indeed.

I hope you have or find the courage to fight through this in a strong & healthy manner

Yeh, I'm also expecting Saturns visit in a couple of months to my Moon. Can't wait for that one either!

I don't quite remember transit Saturn in the 12th, but I've sure heard alot of difficult moments and psychology.

I have a couple of friends that have the conjuction going on these past few months.. oh boy has their temperament changed in certain situations.
My ex also had Saturn conjuct her Moon when we broke it off, for the 3rd time. I guess it's final now

It does depend in which house it falls and what other aspects it is making

Sure thing, 3l3n.

And you should be able to find a biological dentist who will do this removal. I had only a small single dental pit removed and it took only 20 minutes and was painless!

It is well worth checking out.
