Topic: Once a scorp Venus has decided your the one....is it forever?

Usually once guys decide your the one and you start to get comfy and feel safe they get distant and weird and the games begin....is this the way scorp plays?I mean I want to give him back what he's giving me but I'm holding back wondering that as soon as I do he'll pull back...so I'm just enjoying the attention for now. i'm venus in scorpio yeah if i decide you're it then you are it... unless something changes and you're no longer 'it' it's different for everyone but people change, situations change and if it stops working and the venus in scorpio looses the vibe then i know i messed up on choosing the person and so i keep looking for 'it' (of course breakup first i don't do that cheating thing) but i do honestly try to keep things going until it absolutely cannot work because i don't want seller's remorse. i say give as good as you get. we like the deep end, we're comfortable there. most people like you say can become distant or play games. i don't like that. if i want you i want all of you including the skeletons behind that false wall in the back of your closet. We've known each other a year and 3 months seeing each other off and on. But he's changed the last couple months and even more so the past month...told me he wished I was the first person he'd married because we'd still be married. Just expressing a lot of deep stuff lately. IP: Logged |

In my experience... No. You are the one while they are infatuated win you. But then the feeling fades and lather down th line someone else is the one, then someone else etc etc. but they actually wholeheartedly believe you are the one while they are with you, even if they've belived that about a bunch of other people int he past. I guess that's more Han you can say about other people because most people might not ever see you as the one,IP: Logged |

for me everyone I've been with I've thought of as 'the one'.
I'm just not one for casual flirts.

When they run away :^) So far I haven't been the one to end it yet. I'd imagine though that if I was the one to cut it off, it would probably be because they cheated on me (obviously), don't stimulate me intellectually, or if our socio/political/religious philosophies do not mesh at all.
Also (I'm not sure why) but it's important to me if they have some sort of creative artistic outlet. I feel like I need to be with an artist. but I dont think I'd turn my nose up at someone who wasn't. IP: Logged |

As a scorp venus, heck no. Im convinved everyine is the one, when theyre the one right now, haha. It always feels profound w a scorp venus. But, they can also transfer that intensity onto someone or something else very easily, should they decide to. I dont think it is ever a good idea to seek such unconditional security from any placement. If a scorp venus decides you are the one right now, just enjoy basking in that intensity (assuming it is your thing). and if it lasts, its because you both want it to, not because its set in stone because they decided so. Also want to add that holding back will create a self fulfilling prophecy. Scorpius like the deep end as has been said, and dont like to be distracted by the risks involved. He will get bored of careful detachment. If your scared of getting in too deep and getting hurt consider other placements. IP: Logged |

One of my ex's had Venus in Scorpio, he was a Sagittarius though so he had many g.f.s at the same time LOL, but one thing I noticed he made you feel you are the most important one.

I'm a Sag sun/moon/merc with venus in Scorpio and I can't date more than one person at a time. Even casually. I date one guy and if I see it's not going anywhere, which is usually quite quickly, I'll stop dating him before I start dating someone else. IP: Logged |

I'm a Venus in Scorpio/Scorpio Sun.To be fair, if the person isn't someone I can picture myself with in a long-term relationship, I won't date them. That said, I have a very short attention span when it comes to men (Gemini Moon + Mars) so I can feel like he's the one at first and then I get bored and drop him like a hot potato. Nothing is "forever" to be honest, Scorpio, Leo or Gemini, doesn't matter. It's a very idealistic question to ask: "Is it forever?". You can't anticipate how feelings are going to fluctuate and it is not dependent on ones chart. Life sometimes take over and you realize you've changed and you want something else. IP: Logged |

My only concern, for me, would be if the other person isn't all in as well. If I'm not feeling like our relationship is getting deeper. Like with my Aqua in the end, as much fun as we had this last year, the relationship wasn't getting emotionally closer. So that doesn't work for me. I have to agree with what a lot of other people have stated on this thread. You're the one until you are no longer "the one". Other factors in the chart will point to faithfulness and / or wandering. I have experience with two different sag men with scorp venus. It was very intense at first and they were both all in but as time went on and the butterflies died down, they both wandered. They didn't want to end it - both men wanted me to stay in a LTR with them (one I married) but they both wanted something on the side.
