So with sun/moon midpoint, if the sun of the other squares it, or the moon of the other squares it, is it considered a bad aspect? Since squares generally are? How will it play out?IP: Logged |

As far I know, sun-moon midpoint is an important point in synastry if it makes any major contacts. There is a sense of natural order or connectedness. It might be that the square to this midpoint also shows affinity but along with challanges. The orbs would have to be tight. IP: Logged |

It's generally said aspects to the Soli-lunar midpoint are very important (some say even essential, for serious relationships) but the conjunction and the opposition are preferred to the square. However I think it's not insignificant; there might be some challenges as violet said, though. But midpoints uses hard aspects like squares, conjunctions and oppositions only! Harmonious aspects like sextile or trine don't count. So I'd imagine it is an important indication for relationship. IP: Logged |
