I noticed that people with this, counting me can come off scattered in public situations when they're really not. Like for instance, I will know the answer to something in class or group settings , but I want say it. For what reason I don't know why. However, Maybe this could also be my chirion in the 11th house because I have been alienated in the past from people. I also can be nervous to and tend to worry about trivial thing that don't matter.

Do any of you act like this with this placement?

Interesting. Can't think of any real-life examples of this, but it makes sense.

I think Mutable energy in general can come across that away (and actually struggle with being scattered).
