I have had experience dating 2 venus air signs, but have only had a serious relationship with 1.

What are your experiences with a Venus air sign? If you have an air sign as well, that would be cool to hear also

My venus is in Aqua and I had a 9 month relationship with an Aqua venus... I was seeing an Gemini venus but I never made it serious even though he waited 7 months for me.

I'm a little iffy about dating air signs.. One one hand, it's beautiful. We can talk about anything, we give each other the space we need, we're both odd, and shower each other with loads of physical attention. There was emotional attention in the beginning with both of them, but then it became harder for the Aqua to show his true feelings over time.

I feel people with air in venus have a hard time expressing our feelings in love because love is sort of hard for us in the beginning.. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I was the weird kid growing up and didn't start forming real relationships until I was 17. I was a late bloomer in the romance department and affection and all of that was just strange to me. Even after in a couple relationships since then, love and all of that still is weird to me. Even though I have experience, I still feel that I don't understand dating the way it so easily comes for other people.

By the Venus/Mars combo would you say how they both connect? My ex who had the Aqua venus also had our mars conjunct in the same exact sign.

I meant the relationship between person A's Venus and person B's Mars and the other way round. They don't have to be traditionally compatible, some people prefer hard aspects/"incompatible" signs or, I suppose, work well with the signs that are ruled by the planets aspecting their Venus and Mars and this could be anything. Edit: didn't phrase it the right way. I think having synastrical Venus-Mars combos in the same polarity should feel very nice to many if not most people. Especially if they're directly connected.

I have amazing conversations with Venus in Air signs(I am Mars in Libra).

But I feel that for things to develop into a more "stable" place, an Air Sun/Asc or Moon is needed.

I feel the same way. I've always been attracted to air venuses even when I have an earth venus. I'm a libra mars myself.

I do agree with Venus/Mars being the best thing to look for in attraction. But if you want some security and natural chemistry, Sun/Moon contacts should be favorable because these two represent the person's true self and inner being.
