Have you met anyone with Sagittarius in the 12th house?

Were they wishy-washy emotionally?

How were they personality wise. Where they deceptive?

Yes, Moon/Neptune in Sag.
They are brilliantly talented but suffer from alcohol issues.

Being deceived / deception is a synastry matter, I think.

Sag moon in the 12th house is probably highly empathic though, for better or worse.

I have Sag Moon in the 12th and I wouldn't say I'm a deceptive person at all. I'm pretty upfront with a lot of things when asked.
