Please. I have it and my future (not sure what) both have it natally. I think it's really powerful in our relationship. Please, if you have anything on it, do share.

You mean in the natal, right?

Here.

Here.

Here.

And here.

Don't know if that's in-depth enough for you, but those look like a good read.

I was in a relationship with a guy who has libra moon in 7th house.
I think he was way too sensitive... he was also not totally right in the head (according to myself) God, how I fought for that guy... our relationship too. I guess he did so too, in his own way (he was aqua sun).
Anyways, I really think this placement (moon in 7th house) makes a person truly sensitive in a relationship. He was almost hysterical, and it was very hard talking any sense with him actually...
The worst thing was maybe that everything escalated in very much drama everytime we had a fight. It was like he just couldn't take it, but the fact that he couldn't do that, just made it all even more dramatic.
He was normal in his friendships (I am told). On the outside he was seen as a very calm, cool and very nice guy. He befriended everyone and especially other girls.
But inside himself he was a mess... (he must have been). It was like his emotional life was totally broken (and the emotions has to do with the moon).
Whenever he got really intimate with someone (and also me) he just had to screw things up apparently...

(I want to ad that he had a tight moon square venus aspect, mars trine neptune, pisces ascendant and sun/mercury in the 12th house - that is some really hard aspects also)

next to neptune,

Do you know how his Moon was aspected?
Any squares to Uranus/Neptune, per chance?

No, but thank you, Doux. Some of them are pretty good but I'm looking for more. It's like a needle in a haystack but sometimes you stumble upon it, just usually not when you're looking.

My cancer moon is in my 7th house. I do have a strong longing to be with someone, but I also have Venus conjunct Saturn and Moon sq Pluto, so I only seek deep, intense relationships.

It can be hard

When I hear of the 7th house and planets there, it makes me think projection. A few astrologers describes this phenomenon as a sort of unconscious habit that is a bit more of a challenge for those of us with planets here. Moon in the 7th is complicated because this planet already functions on an instinctual/unconscious level. In order for this house and the planets in it to function optimally, it takes lots of awareness as you need to own and integrate these qualities into your own personality. They say like attracts like, so pay attention to what you attract and ask yourself what this says about you. Integrate what you like, and work on what you don't. Since you seem to be looking for a particular type of in depth understanding of this placement, read these articles: (if you haven't yet!)

http://sasstrology.com/2011/11/what-your-7th-house-partnerships-say-about-you.html

http://www.ncgr-turkey.com/TheI-Thou_axis_and-seventh-house.htm

Research projection:
http://changingminds.org/explanations/behaviors/coping/projection.htm

http://www.heretical.com/sgs-1999/bpsychol.html

Get the opinions of people you trust and try to figure out if you do indeed project. Ask yourself if you truly see people for who they really are or just who you think they are.

I also have moon in the 7th house. It's in Capricorn. For a long time I insisted that people were too sensitive. I think it's me. I'm still trying to figure it out! The last thing a cap wants to own are their emotional sensitivities.

I would think that a relationship between two people with natal moon in the 7th house could get complicated. There may be some affinity because you both value partnerships, but if you don't own or take responsibility for your own emotional health, it could be troublesome. Hope this helps.

I think that the house placement of the Sun/Moon is very powerful. And 2nd to no others. IMO

So it is worthwhile to examine the house placement of the two as-together with the Asc- they form such an integral part of your identity and self-image.

The Moon in 7th is interesting.

The 7th is about partnerships and one-to-one relationships.

The 7th is also the house of the projected "self"- What we learn about ourselves when in the company of the close "other"; business associate, romantic partner, neighbor, friend etc.

The 7th house has a sort of "public relations" feel to it- Due to the fact that the 7th gives the individual a glimpse of whom they are(relative to the "other").

This can make one very addicted to being with others. Not necessarily because of the "enjoyment" per say, but because the goal is to know the self through the other.

So the relationships often serve as a springboard for more self-awareness; In especially when Sun/Moon/Mars/Mercury is in the 7th.

The sign where the Moon is placeD/aspects to it,can exacerbate this.

So if the Moon is in Cancer/Taurus/Leo/ Aries/Gemini.

The intent could be in getting to know oneself through relationships with others.

Often people who are in a relationship with such people often feel that they are there to "serve" or are a means to an end i.e to get the individual to be more aware/fulfill their emotional needs.

This is of-course the negative manifestation.

The positive side of this is that the person can seek out relationships that have a strongly nurturing quality to them; especially when Taurus,Cancer,Leo is there.

They may want to nurture or receive the same from their partner. And usually the partnerships/marriage are very close.

These people may go through relationships that have a lot of emotional ups/downs.

But it is often this nature that gives the relationship that "I belong here" quality and sense of "closeness" and thereby can be very addictive-as they form a strong part of their identity(Moon).

I am curious as to what details you are actually looking for with regards to this placement.

What I do know however, is that a lot of this could be mitigated if the Moon is placed in Aquarius,Capricorn or Gemini

But even with that being said, the intent of the person is to establish a similar vein to the relationship they had with Mom, the early home environment or childhood experiences.

So again, if there are harsh aspects(say Moon/Uranus square or Mars square),there could be a need to "replicate" those feelings experienced then-whether "bad" or "good".

So with Moon/Uranus square, they may attract or be attracted to a relationship with lots of disharmony and instability.

The partner could be commitment-phobic and leave suddenly. Or they themselves could be very unreliable to be with.

In the 2nd instance, there could be attraction towards more violent/aggressive partners. The domestic atmosphere could be tense or extremely volatile etc.

In both instances however, there is a tendency is to go back to the same drama habitually. Because as they often put it; "It may not be perfect, but this is all I know"(Moon) etc.

I have sun conjunct moon and mars in the 10th with his sun and mars sitting on my DC and we both have natal moon in the 7th with his in Scorpio and Mine in Aquarius. His sun is Aqua and mine is Leo. That's why I was curious.
