I'm going through this atm with my 1H Scorpio Venus with Pluto also transiting my IC + Saturn. I'm seriously planning to do therapy again after 10+ years regarding childhood issues relating to love and all topics Scorpio Venus holds. Transiting Lilith is also conjunct my natal Venus, quite a few triggers made me realize my self-sabotaging patterns and major overthinking combined with making up false scenarios based on assumptions in my head - and I tend to hold onto them out of fear as a defense mechanism to protect myself from heavy pain as I'm deep down super vulnerable. Definitely psychological effect is present. I'm looking forward to turn this to my advantage.
